First, they gave me an occupied room, went down to exchange the key. Second room smelled like mildew. Third room was fine. The hotel smelled like mildew but the second room was awful. To make up for the trouble they gave me a $50 voucher to the hotel’s restaurant.

Broken security lash, unsafe!, side doors stays open for any one to come in, Unsecure!

The fact that my suite was downgraded cause the bathroom shower when turned on water shooting out the wall flooding the floor and the bathroom sink was draining with chips of black in the sink I should’ve been credit back some funds wasn’t worth what I paid for

Great hotel

Was in town for a concert at First Bank Ampitheater. Property is close and convenient. Outstanding breakfast buffet as well.

Hotel is old and outdated...but staff were great

Overall stay was good. The front desk check in was very good. The lady greeting us was very professional and kind. Room was clean but I felt needed a little updating. The shower water temp was not as hot as I had hoped. The breakfast was amazing and made to order omelettes were yummy. Overall 8/10 and would recommend again.

The room was old. The furniture was stained and needs to be replaced. The shower was moldy and stained in the tub. We had to get our own linens. We were given 3 washcloths for 6 people. We spent an hour getting access to the internet that should be a click of a button. The pool had so much chlorine the kids eyes burned. The employees cared more about smoking then checking us in. Even though we were given a room key we were not checked in and that's why we didn't have an internet code. My advise would be to stay at other hotels and see how it is done. The breakfast staff was rude as if we were eating their own food. We will never stay at embassy suites again and this was the most expensive room!

Stay was great but charging $10.98 per night for parking was ridiculous for a hotel the parking lot is not gated! Well, if they would be responsible for break in into my car, then it would be fine.

Ice machines only worked on 3 floors, pillows were totally worn out, no light bulbs in the lamps, faucets dripped, bathtub has mold up the wall and rust stains in the bottom, air conditioning did not work properly, front desk forgot to give us a parking pass,bar tenders RUDE, breakfast was terrible. We have stayed here before. It is so neglected and worn out now. So disappointed.

Unfortunately there was a piece of rat poop on my plate I have a picture as well as i took the poop with me You will make this right or go viral The front desk staff was amazing

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop on a long road trip. We used to stay at Embassy Suites years ago when our kids were small and always had a good experience, so we figured this was a safe bet in an unfamiliar city. Our room smelled musty, the shower water was barely warm enough to stand under and the pressure was minimal. Dogs were barking at each other in the lobby and you had to walk through smokers coming and going. Had I known this would be the experience we would have gladly paid more somewhere else.

I expect a lot from Embassy and have had some great stays! - but this time, they did not deliver. I believe the air conditioner was broken (it only cooled down 2 degrees over night). The wallpaper was peeling in the bedroom and bathroom. The toilet was really low - like a child-sized toilet at a daycare facility. The bathtub had something in the bottom of it (looked like mold - but when I tried to rub it out, it just stayed) - we refrained from bathing since we would be home the next day.

It feels like it’s a money grab when you charge for parking. I understand if you are located in a downtown area… this is not.

Pool was nasty and hotel was loud. Room was nice and clean.

It was very warm in the hotel, our room, and the other room that our family was staying in. I asked at the front desk if there was a problem with the AC. (At the front desk there were multiple fans going to keep the staff cool.) I was told that there was not a problem with the AC but the hotel had a new energy efficient AC that was motion centered. So the front desk person said the more that you move around the room the more the AC will work. The AC in our room never got below 74 degrees. We ended up buying fans to help keep the room cooler. It was still warm in our room the entire trip. It was also warm in the common spaces of the hotel.

Room had mold the staff did a great job trying to keep as clean as could be very dissatisfied with a Hilton embassy suite

I booked a room with two beds & they only had one beds available. Not happy with that!

When I checked in after and 8hr drive and went into the room their was trash and food in the floor and the room smelled bad. I don't believe the AC wasn't working. I reported the issues and the front desk said there was no cleaning staff at night to reclean the room and they where over booked by two rooms. After sometime the manager gave me another room. I will NOT stay here again.

It’s gross, old, and tired.

Dirty floors they don’t vacuum when cleaning Carpet dirty and just not kept at all. Bathtub stained dirty tile floors. Area outside very nasty. Not inviting at all! This not cheap hotel! Was expecting better. Certainly wouldn’t stay there again

Charged for parking in an open lot seems a bit much. Restaurant staff was not very attentive and the menu was very limited. Room has some odor like mildew or something

Our room 521 had black mold showing around the tub. At some point, someone had applied a clear caulking over the mold as an attempted fix. The shower faucet handle was also extremely loose and ready to fall off. At check in, the staff had trouble locating our reservation. It took about 20 minutes to resolve. As an attempt to make things better, we were given a $50 voucher for the on site restaurant. The restaurant was never open during our stay. Very disappointed.

The evening reception and the morning breakfast is AMAZING!

Upon arrival to the hotel room, there was no bar soap. My husband went down to the desk to ask for some the guy at the front desk, who seemed extremely annoyed, told my husband that they were out of soap and they expected a delivery by Tuesday. Soap is a basic amenity that we expected to have the guy at the desk made a huge deal and seem to be very bothered by my husband asking for soap, he rolled his eyes and, radioed someone to find us some soap. We got one small bar. The water got shut off for one night due to maintenance, which was an inconvenience…the hotel did inform us about it that morning. The next Was it the same night that we lost air conditioning. That same night, the A/C went out in the entire building, which made sleeping almost impossible. I believe everyone should have received a discounted rate for that night. On the evening of our arrival, there was a very large wedding party. My son and I had to go back to the car because we had forgotten something. Once we exited the hotel lobby doors, we could not get out to the parking lot. The wedding guests had created a wall of people. I feel that the hotel should have told them to not block the exit…its a fire hazzard at the least. I did not say anything because I doubt anything would have been done. The guy at the desk probably would have just rolled his eyes at me too. I realize these people were guests, but so were we. We had as much right to be there. Probably won’t stay again.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was ok. The room was in need of repairs! Missing shampoo, etc in containers, Screeching doors, tub facets, dirty carpet, etc!

The hotel is beautiful. The people were all very nice. When we stayed there they were having a water issue and they turned off all the water on the hotel from 10p to 7 am. This meant no showers, no drinking water except bottled water during this time. Also meant the ac would not work. Our room was 78 degrees and really stuffy. This did not make the stay enjoyable, from lack of sleep. The pool was also cold, and very cloudy.
