The room was clean and cute. There was not an oven like the description said, only a stove top. The shower was hot but slow to drain. Overall would stay again.

The front desk people were fantastic, but we were put in a very run-down room. There were holes in the walls and flooring. However, the bed was comfortable. It needs freshening up and Aaron said all rooms will be renovated next year. Since they will update rooms soon and the employees are so friendly, we would like to return in the future. The location is great!

Very quaint location and comfortable accommodations and the cottages are very cute as well as the property as well kept in nicely landscaped unfortunately it is dire need of repairs-coffee maker was damaged, toilet had tape on it and was loose. There was no drain cover to the sink in the bathroom and the bathtub didn’t drain well.

Good stay and good value. Within walking distance of the coast with beautiful trails. Downtown PG is just a few minutes drive with all the amenities for a nice stay.

From the moment we got there, the toilet didnt flush right, and didnt work well. Sure enough the next morning we had to call, it was about to over flow. They came to "fix it" but it never worked right. The shower water never got hot. In the morning time, barly warm. And in the evening luke warm if lucky.

It started when I was waiting to check in and the couple in front of me were discussing the toilet seat being replaced in there room before they got back. Right when I opened the door the smell of bleach was so bad I’m sure to detour ants but slept with window open first night to air it out. Second night I was not informed a set of drums with a band was set up right outside my back window of my cottage couldn’t here tv was sooo loud for a few hours couldn’t believe my dinner was delivered and I couldn’t even hear the DoorDash driver . It would’ve been ok if I had been expecting it plus when I mentioned to the front desk older man he just said it wasn’t night time so it was ok didn’t show any care about ruining the trip . When I told him I didn’t feel he cared about situation and I was a repeat customer but would not be coming back he just said do what you gotta do . So sad but check your room before you commit

Nice room and location but I was disappointed in the service. When I arrived I found that the body wash dispenser was broken and reported it to the office but despite them saying they would call maintenance it never got fixed during the 2 day stay. On the second day we hung the "maid service" tag on the door but when we arrived home the room had not been touched. I went to the office to pick more coffee and to ask again about the body wash dispenser. When I mentioned the lack of room cleaning the desk person told me it was my fault as I hadn't explicitly requested it from the office. He would not see my point that if they provide a tag saying 'maid service please' and you hang it on the door it is reasonable to expect maid service. When I got annoyed with him he told me that if I wasn't happy I could check out right then! I also asked about the body wash dispenser and he gave me a few mini bottles but when I got back to the room I discovered they were shampoo not body wash. Anyway - a lot of words over pretty minor things but it did leave me with a bad impression of their customer service and I would not stay there again.
