Nice room and location but I was disappointed in the service. When I arrived I found that the body wash dispenser was broken and reported it to the office but despite them saying they would call maintenance it never got fixed during the 2 day stay. On the second day we hung the "maid service" tag on the door but when we arrived home the room had not been touched. I went to the office to pick more coffee and to ask again about the body wash dispenser. When I mentioned the lack of room cleaning the desk person told me it was my fault as I hadn't explicitly requested it from the office. He would not see my point that if they provide a tag saying 'maid service please' and you hang it on the door it is reasonable to expect maid service. When I got annoyed with him he told me that if I wasn't happy I could check out right then! I also asked about the body wash dispenser and he gave me a few mini bottles but when I got back to the room I discovered they were shampoo not body wash. Anyway - a lot of words over pretty minor things but it did leave me with a bad impression of their customer service and I would not stay there again.

It was a good stay . Rooms had been nicely redone. Good Value.

Amazing lake view from king suite on the fifth floor. Close to many shops and restaurants and easy access to Commons Beach.

Nice location, very clean, comfortable room. Good on site parking. Area to sit outside. Staff were cery nice.

The property room is much smaller comparing to what you see in the photos. It is very tight to open a large suitcase and turn around. Other than that the location is good and the staff is nice.

Staff and stay were overall good. Property could definitely use some small touch ups that would have made the stay an excellent one. Just small things like some new blinds/window treatments and paint/maintenance touch ups.

Excellent stay. Rooms are newly renovated, clean and bed is comfy. There’s no a/c, only ceiling fan so not sure how hot it gets during summer months. The area is safe and closed to everything.

Property and room was very clean except for dirty coffee cup. Exchanged quickly. Room was small and pretty basic. (We were placed in a handicap room). Walk in shower leaked water out into the floor. TV remote did not work, could not turn on. For us and our experience we probably won’t return.

Very rundown exterior, rooms were unclean and outdated. Web pictures are deceiving compared to what you see and bedbugs

Furnishes were very worn and mismatched. Sofa and chair were uncomfortable and smelled of dog . Missing light bulbs .Wall are so thin you can hear someone coughing PG can be very expensive but next time I will pay the extra to stay somewhere better .

This place was so cute !! Very clean inside and the staff was friendly. It’s surprisingly really close to everything, we didn’t realize how walkable it was going to be. I think the only thing I would say is we wished there was a Roku TV in the room instead of cable. That’s not that big a deal though, just a suggestion. Still a 5 star experience for me (:

It was good

Attitude of desk person. No maid service. Room had view of apartments and their garage. Nothing special. It was clean inside. garbage can outside was over flowing for 3 days ...just very very basic place.

Tub old and in need of replacing. Everything was ok. Had to ask for extra of everything including tissues as everything was almost gone when we got there.

Location and price were perfect. Cottage very small but quiet and comfortable. Closet doors would not open and close easily as rusted track on bottom. No housekeeping during four night stay...no fresh towels, no replenishing of coffee supplies, etc.

Nice clean and quiet place with great desk staff and updated room. Away from the traffic but still close to things. Have stayed here before and definitely will again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. The room appeared to have been recently updated. Unfortunately, I left my laptop in the room when we left for our next location on our trip. When I called to check if my laptop was there it was confirmed that I had indeed left my laptop in the room. Unfortunately, we were already home hundreds of miles away, when this was confirmed. I asked if they could please send my computer to my home, offering to cover the cost of shipping plus $100 to the inconvenience. I was told that they could do nothing to help me out. I contacted the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce to see if they could suggest any solutions to my dilemma. I am forever grateful to Christi, who took charge by picking up my computer, taking it to the local UPS store & arranging to have it sent to my home. Hopefully, management has learned what outstanding customer service is and will improve in the future.

Very basic room in poor repair, filthy plastic chairs on tiny balcony, very uncomfortable indoor seating. This property needs a major remodel. Good location is about all the positives there are.

The room was sooo small it almost felt claustrophobic. It was also hot. I’m glad I brought a fan. The property over all was cute with an outdoor fire pit but I wouldn’t stay there again because of the room size.

The room is too tight. The bed barely fit the room. A room booked for 2 people has accommodation for only one person. Absolutely no amenities. The advertised picture is deceptive. No ocean view.

Clean, comfortable, walkable to beach

It was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly & the room very clean. However, the bath tub stopper was broken so I was unable to take a bath. The shower was fine.

Cute clean rooms.. front desk staff very helpful. Only issue was neighboring rooms able to control our fans/lights with their remote

Nice hidden cove

This property was not a represented on the website. It was very rundown and dated not to mention it backs to a restaurant bar with outdoor live music playing til 9 pm so loudly you can hear it as you’re driving up to the property as well as inside your room w doors and windows closed. We immediately left as we knew we could not stay here and then told we are being charged for a night when we literally we there for ten minutes. I will be disputing these charges. But overall experience was BAD!

Fantastic room, excellent service, exceptionel clean. Would have liked to stay for another night but everything was fully booked.

It was clean but the bed was so hard. I woke with a very sore back.
