Lovely staff lovely room Definitely recommended!

Great room and a super big bathroom. It is a really confortable hotel well located to visit the city center. Plenty of choice at breakfast but might miss some quality pastries. Overall a standing option and welcoming staff!

Close to City and Lake

This is the perfect place for travelers with a bit more in the budget but not trying to splurge. A great stop on the way between Switzerland and Milan too. HOWEVER BE WARNED there is no AC so if you get a room with a view of the lake/river be prepared to feel the full effects of plants in a greenhouse or a child in a hot car. You could open the door at night to help you cool off but then you’d risk yourself to bugs. Bugs are fine if you like camping but not as fine if you’re sweating to death while sleeping. Maybe the trick is to leave the balcony door open all day so it doesn’t get so damn hot but climate change, sheeeeesh. Also, it was kinda weird to turn on the lights, you had to insert your key into a little thing by the door, totally fine but I just wasn’t used to it. Overall, the place had nice staff and walkable from the train station with a great location, and great view.

Great stay for our family of 4. Had large connecting rooms. Lecco was a great launching pad to explore the area. Enough dining options around the hotel.

Modern comfortable hotel

Great value, 4-star Hotel on the waters edge in Lecco. From arrival to departure the staff were welcoming and friendly; they're happy to help with anything you for. Try the restaurant - the Baby Octopus in Red Wine Sauce is stunning! A lovely place to unwind and relax, boar trips to around the late are well worth the effort and it means you can take in Como or any of the other towns or villages on the lake.

Great staff, helped us register early didn't have to ask for them to hold our luggage just took the bags and gave us a receipt.

Very large facility on the lakeshore. For a hotel in this bracket I would expect much better. There is not much clarity e.g. on parking arrangements, the hotel bar is not well stocked, breakfast can be improved. The details make a difference and honestly the hotel seems more geared towards hosting events, conventions and weddings than individual travellers. it is still a good option for a night.

Close to dining in Leccho

People at the desk have been incredibly gentle and welcoming when receiving us. And helpful coming up with suggestions for what to do and where to eat in town. We will definitely come back. We used this as a place base for going up skiing, and would be even better if we could start breakfast at 0630 instead of 0700. Cheers.

Great location, easy walk to town. Great staff, the gentleman on night duty was A1, very helpful

No free water in the rooms. Second luggage stand must be requested. No clocks or UBS charging ports. Rooms lack any decoration. Hotel is very quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Great hotel on excellent location. You really get value for the money spend. We had a room with terrase and view and the upgrade was well given out. Everything was exceedinge expactations.

Fine if you need a place to sleep. No character. Crap location of you care about having a beautiful location. Hotel looks like it’s waterfront but this is not the waterfront lake como hotels are known for. Area seems dirty. That said. Hotel is clean and efficient and upscale enough. 8-10 min walk to all the lovely sights of Lecco. Very good value if you’re looking for a good night of sleep (bed comfy) and a lot of space. Clean, efficient, corporate hotel with option of a room with a view of the river and mountain with a balcony for an extra cost per night. Lovely choice of breakfast options. Hotel restaurant menu didn't look very inspiring so we didn't bother to use it as there are so many really good restaurants in the surrounding areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location in very good for exploring the town of Lecco itself and excellent transport links including ferry trips on the lake.

In a depressed and depressing part of downtown…hotel was fairly new and clean. Staff seemed indifferent. Our toilet seat was broken.

Paid for premium internet that was nearly non functional, shower gel, shampoo dispenser, coffee was empty and not served (only stayed one night), and when I mended this to the front desk his only response was that I should have called the front desk. Not exactly the response I was looking for. You have to assume that if these things weren’t serviced, how clear were the sheets?

Internet should be high speed and included. very off putting to connect and see "upgrade" with payment to a faster internet. Will definitely come back if that issue will be fixed!

Welcoming staff and good location…

Nice hotel close to the water and the city center. Was clean and breakfast was great.

Beautiful location no doubt about that, service was mainly okay, but we for an example had an issue with a door that could not lock and despite the fact that we mentioned it the first day, it wasn't fixed during 6 days

The hotel works well with my business preferences and when I find it, I deal with it well and well and well, and dealing with the staff working in restaurants and not good and the rest

the hotel is old in a nice location with the very nice people that work there. i think the rating on the booking websites is overrated and this place doesnt offer value for money, however we stayed in the busiest time of the year and thats why the price might have been crazy. plenty of free parking around the hotel, it is very chaotic during the breakfast and at 9 o clock during the weekend we were told that some things at breakfast buffet were already finished. there is a so called baby room, where the children are supposed to play, but there are not many toys there

Great clean hotel. Good located. It is pet friendly but with strange rules. You are not allowed to keep your dog alone in the room. If you take your pet with you….should you have breakfast separately when you are there just as a couple?
