Amended stay, 15-19 October. On arrival room not suitable, the layout meant that you could only get into either of the queen beds from one side - too close to the wall the other side. Rooms are being renovated, ours was not one of them. Moved to another room and got an electric shock from the bathroom outlet. Finally took a room with one king bed. Nell, at the front desk reception went out of her way to accommodate us and advised us that the manager would contact us and compensate us for the first night's stay. He didn't, despite reminding Nell the next day and still hadn't when we left. Very good staff, non existent manager - not the way to promote business.

I like the property clise and convenient to shopping and dining the is quite and staff are friendly. What I didnt like last visit the pool was green and you couldn't see the bottom otherthan that nuce place to stay and they have complimentary breakfast

The sheets were stained with blood, the balcony curtain was dirty and they charged me a security deposit that they have not yet returned.

I just want to start off with saying that all the staff there was very nice and everybody was extremely friendly. Continental breakfast was okay but other than that, there’s nothing really positive to say. It was evident that facilities were not taken care. Right when you walked into the room, there was an evident mildew smell. If it wasn’t for us having To get there early and book a last-minute room And only stay one night I definitely would have reconsidered trying to find a new place to stay the night.

I enjoyed my stay, despite the $100 deposit, I really do enjoy myself staying at the hotel. Even though I had to drive 15 minutes to downtown New Orleans, I really had a good time. Thanks to the whole stay.

Really clean. Good breakfast, plenty. Super nice staff. Customer service is not forgotten at this place. Awesome people. Was told bad area but we stayed 4 days and no trouble ever. Only complaint was pool was not cleaned for swimming 😢. But we definitely stay there again.

The overall stay was fine. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room door and bathroom door were difficult to close. I’m guessing that is due to the location’s foundation issues. I do think that the hotel could use an upgrade in the bathrooms. A counter around the sink would be convenient for patrons toiletries.

Room was very clean including the bathroom, we had a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed we were five in the room we found it to be spacious. The only think I would say is that because the room was so big the air conditioner unit was not so great the room felt hot even with the ceiling fan on I think the room should have had two ceiling fans instead of one. Parking was another issue tight spaces other then that yes I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if we ever travel to New Orleans again.

The motel was fine for what I expected. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was inconsistent in what was offered so it may not be worth using some days. I will say that the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom makes me wonder if the motel maintenance is being kept up.

My daughter was very wary of the area surrounding the property and her local friends sent her crime stats. The room smelled musty, aggravating allergies, the bathroom door did not stay closed and the cable did not work. We lwft after one night and booked at another hotel in Kenner.

It will over an hour for me to check-in after flying for 11 hours at 1 am... which started my stay on the wrong foot. The area is not the safest or best. I'll do better homework next time...
