The room was spotless. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was above our expectations. The room was a little small for 3 people (me, my husband and our adult daughter) but it was adequate.

Reserved two rooms and attendant upgraded us to accommodate us being close together. Very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was as good as any high dollar hotels we’ve stayed at. Would stay here again.

Everything had diet sust a goop on it bwhwn i wope the desk and refrigerator it looked like it was covered in ear. They place has never had a wipe down and they gave to nerves to have a container for tips. When the rooms as filty as the are. If they had decent house keeping. The building wouldnt have build up and so much air freshners that it takes you breath away. Dont bother. Because i know i never will again !!!!! Plus it was some much dust in the place i woke up in hives!!!

Was shocked by the price. Figured this would be a slight mistake but this place was nice. Solid five of five for the cost compared to the room.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and polite. The breakfast was good. More than a continental at least.
Most importantly, my daughter left her air pods at the hotel. I thought for sure someone would pocket them. The staff saved them. My daughter called 5 days later and they had them! I rarely expect honesty like this anymore and I appreciate it. I know she’s very happy to get them back

The Expedia rating for this property is garbage. We walked out the back door and there were two homeless guys charging their phones from an external outlet. It's in a bad area, and it fits the area.

They weren't able for a while to figure out how to credit the expedia payment to our account so we had to wait for at least an hour while they figured it out. A bit traumatic, since they told us we hadn't paid, and we knew we had. The lady seemed upset with us once they got it credited correctly.

We stayed for 5days and 4nights. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Only thing was the juice machine was broken for our entire stay and wish they could have changed up the fruit options for breakfast. Also, possibly changing having only eggs and sausage to something different every other day. Clean and quiet place to stay. Would definitely come back!

Friendly service as soon as we walked in the door. Very clean and bear alot of stores and restaurants. Beds were very comfy with little outside noise even though its close to the highway. Breakfast had alot of choices and includes a waffle bar and juice choice. Room was very clean and nicely laid out with plenty of room.

Our air conditioner made squeaky noises all night & I didn’t sleep the best, but this hotel is easy to get to & it was quiet & felt safe. We had to ask for pool towels, but the attendant at the front counter grab us a couple. Overall our stay was good.

Property was convenient. Right off the freeway. Very clean. Staff was not very friendly. Remote on tv did not work very well and front desk clerk was argumentative about how to operate it. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed.

The hotel is older and somewhat remodeled. Our first room smelled musty and the AC didn’t work. They gave us a new room that was musty, a little better after running AC that we ran continuously. Had to wear shoes bc older carpet made our feet dirty. Linens and beds were clean but an upgraded comforter would help. Busy hotel weekend or we would have found a different place to stay. Will not be returning.
