Older hotel with some remodeling done, but not very well. We only spent one night so it was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was average, bathroom could have been cleaned better. Elevator was out of service. Room floor was uneven and you could feel it move when you walked across it, felt like a large hole in floor in front of the refrigerator. No extra bedding in the room for pull out bed, pull out bed had a huge stain so we didn’t use it. AC would shut off before the room cooled down. Adequate enough just because this was an emergency visit and no other rooms were available due to OU TX game but would not stay again for any other reason.

Perfect place to stay for short notice trip that was close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was delicious and Staff was very helpful and kind.

The front desk was friendly and kind. The property, however, was run down, dirty and it smelled bad. The carpet and floors had debris and filth. The room had rusty mirrors and lamps. The sheets were clean but when the fitted sheet shifted we could see a dirty mattress that appeared to have dried blood. When we turned the faucet on- the water smelled like sulfur - not something you want to brush your teeth with or bathe in. The dining room where the free breakfast was offered was filthy : dirty tables, sticky chairs, disgusting floor.
Needless to say. We were VERY disappointed with this property.

Stayed the night before and loved the place. Went ahead and started another night but got a different room. I’m pretty sure the room was only half way cleaned since it looked like they were in the process but didn’t do everything. The front desk staff was awesome and super apologetic. Said the hotel was full and apologized and would have tampered rooms if available. Set me up with new linens and towels. Slept like a baby.

Area was good. Hotel says it’s going to be remodeled which it needs. Room had a sour smell like water damage and mildew. Overall stay was good. Room quiet and comfortable other than the odor. Breakfast ok.

Overall this property was great for the stay. We were visiting for the week and chose this location due to area and proximity of where we were visiting. There were some minor issues (one of the exterior doors that should be locked was missing lock allowing anyone to walk in, sink stopper was broken in the room, there were stains on pillow cases) but nothing major. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful.

Hotel looked nice and clean. Woke up to roaches climbing up the wall, on the bed, dresser, floor, and nightstand. My advice is hire an exterminator stat.

Loved the location. Will be better when remodeling and parking lot is cleaned up. Everything was clean inside, food was delicious and stayed hot and restocked. Staff were all nice and welcoming.

Room needed paint and upgrade. Showing age and shower head bad needs replaced. Someone should clean up all the dead smashed birds in the parking lot. Very gross to look at and walk around.

The hotel was decent for our purposes.
Only issue is right next to Preston Rd at least 3-4 lanes each side (55 mph). Was a bit noisy but not intolerable. Probably best to ask for a room not close to the busy side.
For people with kids, please please be careful. The windows on the second floor open and there is no landing or window guard. Our window was left open and would have been easy for a climber to just hop on AC and out they fall. I am not sure why window guards aren't a code standard to avoid an accidental fall.

If the room didn’t had the weird smell (like a dog took a bath) and if the shower faucet wasn’t broken I’d have definitely given this hotel a 5/5 for the price I paid compared to other hotels around . Though there was an auto repair shop in same lot as hotel but it didn’t bother us in anyways may be coz it was a Sunday also . But other then that all good and a decent breakfast

For it to be a non smoking room it smelt like smoke, and the person next door blasted their tv all night. Other than that the shower gets super hot and was very relaxing and offered a good breakfast

This place should be condemned! They put me ( as a woman) on the first floor facing a parking lot. I was so scared I couldn’t sleep. I asked the MD to change my room first night and he would not. Finally the next day the MOD , Merlin knew how scared and upset I was and moved me. I had to move about 60 lbs of luggage on my own - threw my back and ribs out. The vending machine was out of water!had to cross A MAJOR HIGHWAY to go to a restaurant to buy water . So much for southern hoppy. I’m a hospitality veteran of 30 years!
