The condo is well equipped, had comfortable beds and properly working AC. Views from the condo was amazing. It was great to wake up to ocean view. Overall, it everything we needed. We will certainly consider staying here again!

Grate stay, just a little traffic noise but could use pool closest to ocean and not as much noise. So convenient to store, coffee and short taxi to quaint downtown San Jose. Less soliciting and laid back in San Jose than Cabo in my opinion. Owner was super available and very accommodating.

This condo is all about the location. It has beautiful views of the ocean and within walking distance to 2 grocery stores and several restaurants. The condo has been updated and has beautiful outdoor furniture to enjoy the ocean views from the lanai. It has top of the line appliances and all you need for cooking. Truly could not have asked for anything more. Lovely complex with lots of security and the grounds are kept impeccable. We never had a problem finding pool chairs or umbrellas. The security guard was friendly and when some kids got a little noisy, he was right there reminding the parents to keep the noise down. We had the best time and can't think of thing to complain about.

Property is well looked after. Our unit was perfect. Everything you need in all respects. Great view. Great beach. Condo kitchen has great appliances and kitchenware. No complaints. Host very responsive and obviously takes care to make sure guests have what they need.

I read previous comments about the King bed how hard it was and the old worn bed spread and thought that it would have been replaced prior to our arrival. Nope, bed was hard as a rock and the bed spread was gross. We slept in the two full beds after the first night. Simple fix. Besides that it was great!

Property is kept immaculate. Grounds are extremely well groomed. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. No need to rent a car. Bus is only steps away

The property was fantastic, beautiful view of the property and the ocean, First day there we saw whales breaching. We all enjoyed the relaxing tranquil setting and were most impressed with the large deck which we sat out on to have our morning coffees. We will be back in 2021.

We have stayed at Las Mananitas a few times - it’s is an idyllic place to stay in SAN José. Right on the beach, easy access to groceries and town. This was the first time in Leila’s unit which was very clean, large and well appointed with all the necessary kitchen accessories. There are a lot of positive aspects to the unit that are unfortunately over shadowed by the sleeping arrangements. The master suite has an old hard mattress, lumpy old pillows, tattered bedspread which make going to sleep unpleasant. The second bedroom with two doubles are more comfortable but linens are old to the point of feeling unwashed. The towels and kitchen linens are very old stained and should be replaced. The water filters need replacing- we could drink the water in the unit we stayed in the week before but at Leilas it tasted musty so we bought water. The showers aren’t great but there was always lots of hot water. We would rent this unit again if the bedding was upgraded, if not then likely we wouldn’t. The balcony is filled with morning light and shady in the afternoon. Watching the sunrise every morning was a highlight of our trip.

We love to spend as much time as possible in San Jose and this property is the perfect location. Easy access to highway, easy access for walking to shopping, restaurants and entertainers. The specific condo was clean and had everything we needed. Loved our time at las mananitas. Oh and the all the staff, security, maintenance and housekeeping people are amazing.

This turned out to be the best vacation we have ever had. The goal was to relax and unwind and that is exactly what we did. The property is spacious and beautiful, the views are Christmas card picturesque. Everything we could have needed for cooking was there, the furnishings comfortable and clean and the grounds and security people friendly and helpful. The ocean is that short walk across the beach and the pools are clean, blue and inviting, whichever one you choose is part of the experience. We would recommend this property to anyone we know heading that way

My family of two adults and three young children stayed for the month of August. We can not say enough praises about this resort. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. They even knew our children by name. There are three beautiful pools and three large hot tubs. We were almost always the only people at the pool. At each pool there is a swim up bar a kitchen area with a sink, ice maker and small fridge to stash some personal items during the day. There are also two BBQ's with an area to dine. As well as washrooms. Everything is so clean. The staff even completely clean the BBQ's everyday. We had a couple minor repairs required in the condo during our stay and the owners of this property and the maintenance crew at the resort handled them very quickly and professionally. The condo is perfectly located within walking distance to a large grocery store, restaurants, community bus and the main hwy to Cabo San Lucas. The views off of the expansive deck are breathtaking. While we were there in August we got to experience several tropical storms. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the wild waves, lightning flashes and see the water rushing down the aurora. We look forward to returning again soon!

A beautiful location with everything you could want or need within walking distance. The condo was spacious and well-stocked and meticulously clean. The ice-maker in the fridge didn't work but wasn't a problem as there was always lots of ice at the pool areas. The owner, Leila, was a pleasure to deal with. We spent a month here over Xmas and it was truly a memorable vacation. Hated to leave. Some favorite restaurants within walking distance were CJ's and Cynthia's. Excellent food at excellent prices. Also Momma Mia's was a fun night with their Mexican Fiesta buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed. Very spacious with great views. Kitchen is well equipped. Large deck was very nice to sit and relax. Short walk to mega store for groceries and beer. Great place for 2 couples or family of 4. Very peaceful and secure. Four large bbqs in common area. Grounds are very well maintained. Would definitely go back.

We stayed 2 weeks of September in this condo in the Las Mananitas complex. The apartment looks to be professional decorated with an open design for kitchen, dinning, and living room. The apartment features a large covered patio with chairs, lounge chairs ,and outdoor dinning for four. The patio features a nice view of the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen has good pots and pans, knifes, utensils , pot holders , which were appreciated because be prepared most meals in the apartment. This is a first class apartment, The Sea in front of the complex and all along “Hotel Row” is not swimable because of a large powerful wave break near shore. We had a rental car, so we found swimable beaches nearby at Palmilla, and in downtown Cabo San Lucus. We brought along beach chairs from home and we bought an umbrella at Costco near Cabo San Lucus. There were no lounge chairs or umbrellas at the beach in front of the Las Mananitas three condo buildings which is disappointing for such a large complex. There are three nice swimming pools, however. Only one was open while we were there, the other two were being renovated. September is a real off season in Cabo, we were the only occupants in our 34 unit condo building!

Fantastic! Your place is beautiful, very spacious, well kept, and well stocked, and the property grounds are gorgeous. We had a amazing time walking the beach, listening to the waves, relaxing poolside, and enjoying the view while eating meals from the spacious deck. It is walking distance to the grocery store, shops, restaurants and the bus stop. We loved San Jose for it's quiet streets, art district and restaurants. We recommend your unit to anyone that is planning a trip to San Jose del Cabo. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!!

We rented this unit for one week in late June 2015. This is our second visit to his complex, called Las Mananitas. This is a gorgeous unit, with two large bedrooms (both of which open onto the veranda), two large, modern and stylish bathrooms, a large living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a very large and deep veranda. The unit is furnished very nicely, and everything is in great condition. The living room features a large screen tv with satellite channels. The unit looks out over the pool area and to the beautiful beach and blue waters of the ocean. The beach is lovely, but the water is generally not swimmable due to the shore break and strong undertow. That's not a big problem, however, because Las Mananitas features three very large pools. The grounds are carefully tended and resort grade. The facility has a nice exercise room, with a full range of equipment and air conditioning. The unit is in the phase II building, which in our view is the best, being right on the water. Las Mananitas is 5 minutes away from the Mega supermarket, which has everything you will need, and more. Old town San Jose is ten minutes away. The weather in late June is getting hot, but it was fine. We sat on the veranda most of the time. If it gets uncomfortable, the unit has a powerful AC, with the ability to control the three main living areas separately. The owners were extremely helpful and accessible. This is a beautiful and private seaside condo that provides amenities for a relaxing vacation but is also centrally located to the sites of interest to tourists. It's nicely furnished and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and since it's just a short walk from the Mega (huge grocery store) it's easy to make your own meals. It overlooks a pool and is just steps to the beach. It was a great place for our family and will happily return again.
