Room was ok for a one night stay. Lock on window was broken. Room had a strong chemical smell.

Clean and friendly! Small parking lot though.

Good access to handicapped rooms. Staff remembered !! Saved me a handicap room.

If you choose to stay at this hotel check the beds and couches for bed bugs. Make sure to get pictures and videos as proof to get refunded. Although the manager and employee are aware of former bed bug complaints they will not give your money back and claim that nothing was found in the room and mattresses are "new". Unfortunately this was our mistake, we were in and out of this hotel and booked down the road at ramkota which was way better for about the same price! This hotel is overpriced! Rooms are dank, smelly and the couch and mattresses are covered in stains and old.

Very dirty and small rooms

Excellent gentleman at check in made it quick & easy to get into the room quickly after a very long drive. Great location & freezing cold AC! They were repaving the parking lot, but the fellas working helped us find a spot to park & we’re very kind. Overall great 2 night stay.

It was extremely noisy until after midnight. Several suspicious characters just hanging around. I recommend taking pictures of your room upon checking in to protect you rom being charged the damage deposit by the management. I’ll not stay there again!

Hotel was run down. I had a view of the wall to the pool. There is no continental breakfast like hotels.com says. They charged me for the plastic cups and soap on the counter. We had to leave early and they refused to refund for the days we didn't stay. Highly recommend you avoid at all costs!!!

AC didn't work well at all.

Building is older...bathroom/shower fan rattled horribly, but was clean, hallways were clean, only coffee for morning, i hate powdered creamer....

Very upset, room was very dirty alot of garbages on the floor and under beds. There is some pictures showing they they have breakfast but they don't also pictures with hot tub and no hot tub sadly i got two nights with them

Cheap hotel which was good. Room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. Nobody was at the front desk until 3 in the afternoon for check in

We were able to check in earlier than the time listed which was nice. The room was not overly clean and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. We did try to use the pool and it was not clean. We did address this with the front desk worker. He didn’t seem too concerned that it hadn’t been cleaned of the hair that was at the bottom in “2 days” as he told us- and laughed that we thought it was a worm. I will be reviewing the feedback more thoroughly when I am looking for a room listed from your site.

Room was not very clean. It had black mold under the mat in the bath tub. The manager was excellent and sanitized it personally.

Very dirty and the room stank

Would not recommend. Decided to give a shot as other hotels we knew were booked. Paid over $100 for a room the housekeeper probably spent 2 minutes in. The chairs were outdated and you could visibly see the dirt in the cracks/under cushion so we couldn't sit. The carpets needed vacuumed, dirt/debris everywhere. Fire alarm hanging off wall, and lamps that didn't even turn on. Microwave turned it self on and off when you walked past, which was annoying. The bathroom had pee(?) on the wall, the floors were filthy, and the tub was dirty and still had soap residue from the previous guests. Also the garbages were not changed. But hey, the water was hot and my sheets were the only clean thing in the room!

The carpet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes in our non-smoking rooms. People who lives there bothered guests (trying to sell us electronics). The pool was closed. The day manger was nice and helpful treated us very well. I recommend not staying there again the future.

OK hotel. Covered the basic needs. Clean and quiet. The parking lot indicates a unique clientele. At least they smoke their pot in the parking lot and not in the rooms. But overall, no problems.

The room is great the staff friendly I felt unsafe walking to my vehicle some sketchy people and activities

Was very noisy at night. Children running and jumping at 1:00 am. People vacuuming at 7:00 am.

When we arrived, there were lots of people sitting in the parking lot, on the curbs, drinking… very loud, felt very unsafe, and there was absolutely no sign telling us which entrance was the office so we didn’t even stay. We turned around and drove away FAST

When we walked into the hotel we greeted and asked the guy at the front desk how he was doing and he replies with, “Don’t ask that.” When we got into our room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was dirty as if they haven’t vacuumed in a while, blood on the bedding, dirty countertops, bathroom ceiling was torn up, and mold in the tile grout along with the shower curtain. You can also hear everyone above you walking around. The overall environment of this place did not feel safe or comfortable. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

The parking lot is tight! The check in was friendly. Room needed maintenance. We stayed for 3 days and every night/evening there were men on the inside stairs on their phones for hours making it difficult to come and go. There are ‘visiting hours’ and the employees (aside from check in) were rude. I did not feel very safe at this hotel and would not stay here again.

Good stay, but too expensive for the quality.

This was the absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed. Upon arrival into our room it smelt of horrid pee. The shower rod was barely dangling. The couch was wet from God only knows what. When brought to the attention of the front desk the manager refused to give us a different room. They attempted to clean it but actually put a cinnamon air scent blower in it. So we smelt cinnamon pee instead. The beds were covered in yellow stains. The roof was covered in mold. It was disgusting. When asking for a refund or partial we were denied. There were men frequently lining the halls talking on phone all hours of the night right outside our room door. Drinking beer and smoking all over the premises, blasting music. When i asked about it the desk people just laughed at me. I would NOT recommend this place EVER!

This hotel was disgusting. There was mold everywhere. The accesible room was not very disable friendly. The toliet is low to the ground. I got stuck on the toliet needing recovery. I slipped in the shower so i wasnt able to shower the rest of my stay. There was no breakfast or to go. There were people up all hours standing in the hall on their phones and drinking beer and smoking all over the premises. There was a dog barking from morning to night.

Good place but there was some men working late behind the building next to the hotel so their generator was loud! Overall, nice friendly staff and quiet room. Comfortable

the room had an odor to it and you had to use the room key to get in the lobby but other than that is was great

Worst hotel I've stayed at. Booked for 2 nights. Room was SO DIRTY. I decided to toughen it up and stay there since I was only there for a short trip. After arriving home they charged my card for 70 dollars for a "missing towel". I would never dream of taking their gross dirty good for nothing towels nor damaging anything in the room. I'm a very clean person and even considerate. I wiped down the furniture and nicely collected all my trash before leaving. The walls are so thin I was awakened various times during my stay. The “manager” Miguel said that even if I show proof I did not take anything, I will not be getting a refund. Do not go here.

Very comfortable beds. Clean and quiet.(My favorite--quiet) Air worked well(thankfully)Breakfast is a bit lacking. We didn't have time to use the pool(fast trip)
