Good location for traveling and good breakfast.

Room 204 had been renovated. The bathroom door was rehung improperly and it took effort to close it. The bathroom needs a clothes hook on the wall and a shelf in the shower. The shower has bottles of shampoor and rinse, but no body wash. New lighting fixtures in the room look nice.

We loved that this property had pet-friendly rooms available, was in a great location, and was clean & hospitable.

Very convenient to I70. Clean, nice employees, great breakfast. Only issue was broken bar of lights about beds that flickered all night! We arrived late and were exhausted from 12 hour trip (2 car accident and 2 downpours on way) and I fell asleep while daughter still had main lights on. When she turned off main lights I was sleeping so didn’t know of problem until awoken by cat who couldn’t sleep due to flickering around 2 am. Too late to call maintenance. When I did tell employees next day, they indicated they were aware that some Rooms’ lights were broken. Turns out there was a switch (not obvious) we could have used to turn off the lights but it also looked like the switch to the outlet panel charging our phones. Hotel should alert guests or, better yet, fix/disconnect the purely aesthetic feature. Poor sleep and stressed cat!

The Inn was a great value. The room and property was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and served more than the average hotel breakfast.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice having a free breakfast. They had hot bacon, eggs, hash browns and sausage. There were also bagels, muffins, waffles and cereal for the kids. I would stay here again.

We were in Richfield to help my wife’s mom pack up things in her home before her move to her other daughter’s home. The town is small enough that everything isn’t more than 10 minutes away. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would have loved if they had some fresh apples/bananas in the eating area.

Ou r 2 night stay was excellent. Our room was very nice and had a cery.comfortalbe bed.

Very convenient, right off the highway with walkable shopping and restaurants. Gas station next door...fill up and hop on to the highway and go. Friendly staff

It was easy to check in and the place was pretty quiet.

The room was more than satisfactory, but the excellence was in the friendly staff, a FREE loaded baked potato dinner, and a much better than average free breakfast. I intend to put this hotel on my list of places to stay whenever I'm passing through Richfield!

This location is always clean and accommodating for my drivers! Stay here 1x per month and never a bad experience.

Great stay right from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Excellent staff, friendly greeting and most helpful with our total stay. Planning to stay here any time we are traveling this way again !
