Very friendly staff and very conveniently located.

The bathroom floors were very dirty. Using the towel to dry the floor after the shower the towel was brown. The shower was very slick kind of dangerous, and was not the cleanest as well. The beds were very firm

This is an average hotel in a good place on our trip. The service was congenial and very good

Not very accommodating. I had emailed and called before arrival asking if there’s anyway for early check in (expressed we were willing to pay extra). They said there is no way to have early check in because their maids do not get done until about 2, but offered me to pay for another night before our arrival so they would be available the morning we came to town. Which makes no sense? If you have the two rooms ready the night before why wouldn’t you the day of, especially if I am willing to pay an extra fee to check in early? They also weren’t able to get the two rooms we purchased next to each other. We were willing to change from king to queens but it wasn’t offered or other options weren’t made available, just told “no, no way we are able to do that”. Our rooms were dirty. The tile in the room looked like it had dried dirt all over it. The shower had black curly hairs all over and orange stuff all around the edges. Looked like there was water damage next to the shower door. Our sheets had black hairs all in them. I woke up with two new bug bites. Breakfast had standing water in the eggs. Disappointed in this place.

This is a beautiful property. Remodeled, nice finishing touches. Welcoming to pup. Highly recommend.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, the women in the evening were very accommodating and sweet, as was the one in the morning. Bed was very comfortable, good coffee and the breakfast was very good too. The only issue i had was that one of the bath towels was still pretty dirty.

Nice place to stay with dogs. Great breakfast. I tried to get housekeeping to refill the shampoo and lotion but they never did. Changed my bath towels and left the dirty ones in a pile.

Check in was great and the hospitality service was awesome! Friendly, helpful and just an overall great experience. The hotel is pet friendly and that made everything easier on our trip.

It was a good stay, super nice room and staff.

Loved the room, amenities, bed, refrigerator, TV and coffee machine. The only issue was only ice machines on floors 1 and 3 and I was on floor 2. The snack vending machines were almost empty. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this location before and loved it just wasn’t happy this time with my room. Close to the lobby, room could’ve been a little cleaner. But I would recommend staying here.

This was a one night stay on our road trip. The hotel was very nice and clean, and we would stay here again on another trip.

Cleanliness of the room needed some work. Room was a little noisy could hear every little thing in the hall. Hallways/ entry ways needed cleaned. Breakfast staff was awesome and had food out, They were on top of it!!

This property was so dirty I even took pictures. Cereal mashed in the carpet and even in the air conditioner. Hair in the bathroom on the floor, toilet and tub. If it wouldn't have been so late I would have immediately asked for a different room. I will not be back.

It was a breath of freshness checking in at Hampton Inn Richfield, Utah branch, coming from a not-so-good hotel the night before. The room looks very pleasing to the eye with the way it was decorated. The bathroom was very clean, and user-friendly. The staff were nice. Overall, a great place to stay for the price you pay.
