The hotel rooms really need to be updated, fortunately they are remodeling now. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms and the elevators need that remodeling done. The staff was very nice and helpful.

All was great. We were happy they let us check in early. We were here for a treatment at the Massey cancer clinic, which was about 30 min away. The drive was worth it for a safe area and price. We really appreciated the living area and desk. They are renovating the hotel.

The hotel looked nice. Got in the room late and found old blood stains on the sheets. Said something twice noone came to handle the issue. Upon checkout, i addressed the issue again and the girl said awww im sorry that happened.

This was the worst stay ever. The hotel smells like a dirty nursing home. I pulled a towel down in the shower and a razor fell down. Was moved to another room and there was hair in the sheets and in the shower.

No auto on AC so it's constantly on. Bathroom fan is always on with the light. Bathroom door is in the way of doing anything. Towels are stored inside the shower. Fridge has no freezer and wasn't very cold

Staff was super nice. The elevator was down and Ms Sharon offered to and helped me carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Overall stay was quiet and staff always greeted me when i came down stairs. I wish the rooms had a full length mirror. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

The hotel was okay, the staff is very friendly. We did see 2-3 bugs in the room, bandaid on the fire detector and sub par cleaning. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The breakfast was good

Located near the area we were spending time. Unfortunately, upon arrival they changed the king room we booked to a room with 2 double beds. Queens wouldn’t have been an issue, but we booked a king because my husband is tall and a double is too short so sleeping was uncomfortable, which is why we booked a king.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly with pleasant attitudes and would actually go out of their way to accommodate the guests. My room was spacious and very clean. Everything was terrific and breakfast was absolutely wonderful each morning. I hope I will get the opportunity to visit this hotel again.

The worst ever, I called to tell them I was doing the check in the next day In rhe morning and when I got there my reservation was cancelled as no show, even Expedia did really poor customer service

There was a huge bug in our bathroom on Sunday morning. It turned my stomach.
In addition, a dog pooped in the middle of the floor on our way to the elevator on Sunday to go to breakfast. Our younger son did not see it and stepped in it. The hallway smelled like dirty dogs, as did a section of the breakfast area.
The breakfast itself was mediocre, with the only meat being served being bacon. There were no potatoes and the eggs were hard. The fruit bowl did not look fresh so I skipped it. The pancakes were good and I ate three of them.
I do not recommend staying in this hotel if you don't want to have the smell of dirty dogs surround you. Please know that I am not a pet hater, and did not realize that the hotel was pet friendly. I just don't like the smells as it was a bit hard to endure.

The man who checks you in also prepares the food from small menu. Turkey on toast took over 40 minutes and toast was cold. Employees smoked right outside the door and someone emptied the outdoor ashtray all over the grounds.

The hotel itself is nice. However, I had issues with the shower in my first room. It didn’t work. They moved me to another room. In that room the AC didn’t work. We sweated the first night. On the second day maintenance went to fix it. All they did was check the temperature. I had to complain again about the AC not cooling properly. They sent maintenance again and they decided it needed to be replaced. Once that was completed the room cooled down and the remainder of my stay was more comfortable. It just was frustrating at first.

Elevators were past inspection. Sounded like one of them was going to break as soon you reached your floor. Staff and Service was great but room and hotel was kind of grungy. Carpet was sticky and stained. Looked like mildew in the shower. Just not i knew a Hyatt to be.
