The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and immediately moved us to a new room when I told him the washroom vent fan was leaking on my head as I used the toilet. Both rooms smelled of mold. We were both sick and coughing half way through our stay.

It was okay.

We were just passing through for the night, very convenient location to many places and options to eat and have fun. Perfect bargain for the price, you get what you pay for. This stay was better than some of the more expensive stays I’ve had. People very nice.

Really bad

Poor customer service the guy working the front desk has zero customer service skills and rude and wasn’t only to me to other people check in. Be aware there is a resort fee no advertise and they are really nasty at the moment to explain to you.

We book for 3 nights and on the 3rd night our car got tow they give you the parking pass you have to place on the dashboard but the tow truck came and took the car Super 8 didn’t have any info to give me They had no idea why they took the car We ended up spending additional $150 to get the car back from the tow company which one of the workers stated that’s how they make money He was nasty and rude too when we did nothing wrong experience was so bad and until this day no manager has contacted me

I enjoyed the experience Great people. The hotel is great. I love the area. There's lots of things to do. I did not want her to go home. I wish I could stay more longer. I love and enjoyed the experience. I'm looking forward to do it again.There was the best time of my life

It felt unsecure, since the door of my hotel room opened to the street. There were lots of cameras, so rationally I think the area is safe. Perceptions can be different. The room was smelly, but not dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very good but there is no daily cleaning unless you request it

In one week we requested room service 3 times and they never did it. To change the towels we personally went to the laundry room and to the reception

The hotel is in a great location, staff is nice. The only downfall is you have to clean your own room and go get clean towels when you need them. The breakfast is ok.

This place is perfect for a quick stay! Decent rooms and clean. Front desk staff are friendly and curious. I always stay here when I need a quick stay in the area :-)

When I arrived I was told I owed an extra $10 for the motel fee. I thought I paid this through Orbitz and was set. The room looks renovated and nice at first glance. BUT: I don’t think our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. Found: used dental floss on the sink counter Filthy sheets with body marks, dirt, and hair on them (feet, legs, and head). NO soap whatsoever in the bathroom so beware if you want to wash your hands or even clean your body while showering unless you brought your own. Speaking of the shower, it appears to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. Soap scum around the shower, hairs on the wall and bottom of the drain, pubic hairs on the men’s part of the toilet with urine, GROSS. On the bright side, it is close to old town and easy to park and walk. It is also relatively inexpensive which does not excuse the lack of cleanliness or even a bar of soap in our room.

My family and I usually rent 3 or more rooms 2 times a month when we go to Universal. We have stayed here multiple times. With that said, i will NEVER give this motel another penny. To start the pool is is extremely tiny and in the middle of the parking lot surrounded by homeless people. The parking lot is filled with used condoms on the ground near vehicle as well as drug paraphernalia. Once you make it to the back side of the building you are not able to see your vehicle at all and you have to walk around random people laying in the court yard covered in blankets, very sketchy. Then there is the rooms, usually the overwhelming smell of cleaners knocks you down when you open the door, later you will realize the stench of urine in every room. I have had to cjange rooms multiple times due to air conditioning not working at all. The showers always have leftover soap scum and hair all over them, and the towels on numerous occasions have had pubic hair entangled in them. When you pull back the bedspreads i have yet to not find something gross stuck to the blanket and sheets. They Definitely are not cleaning these beds in between customers. Then you get the pleasure of communicating with the Asian man at the front desk, he is extremely rudeand heartless. He will tow your vehicle for no reason, yet let the patrons from the food trucks across the street fill the parking lot. So paying customers are the only ones being towed all others are welcome i guess.
