We asked for a rollout bed that we were told would be about twenty minutes,an hour later it appeared,we found dust on the toilet roll holder and something’s just looked a bit shabby

Make sure you don't forget anything at the end of your stay or you won't get it back. I left my Armani sunglasses by the tv (I am 100% sure as I saw it while I was taking the bags out to checkout (and thought "I must not forget my sunglasses) but forgot to pick up when I returned to get the remaining bags - I returned a few hours after and they claimed the cleaning staff didn't find it... I spoke to the manager but they said the cleaning team didn't return anything. I asked them to check the rota to see the exact person that cleaned my room and they said I'd have to wait longer (we left the room ay 7:30am and I went back to the hotel 4pm and 6pm. I've stayed in good hotels all over the world and things never vanished like this. Plus I am afraid after 6 days at Animal Kingdom Lodge this was very bellow in every aspect (even though similar price per night). Staff not very friendly, hotel not as clean and new, room not too big, very expensive quick service food (Disney had a $13 meal which was delicious! Here $25 for a pizza) just felt too expensive for what they offer plus they kept my sunglasses. Also on the first day we left at 7:30am and when we returned at 4:30pm the room hadn't been cleaned. This is a £426 pound a night hotel room we are talking about it..

Great pool and activities. Family had lots of fun. Watertaxi to amusement parks was a wonderful perk along with the Unlimited Express Passes. Could have done without the nightly $30 parking fees.

Limited dining, and the restaurant gave us food poisoning. No quick service options for food, and the coffee spot didn’t have most items on the menu every single morning. The boat stops service every time it rains or even sprinkles, and the rooms were very basic. Not worth the price honestly.

Great location near theme parks. Hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds, great night sleep.

Great stay

Would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel was everything we had hoped for. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location and early check in with express passes and can even use facilities when checked out. Would definitely stay again.

My reservartion was for 4 adults and 1 child 6 years old. But the room had only 2 standard beds and its almost impossible to properly sleep 2 adults and 1 child in this bed. Of the hotel allows for 5 people in the room they need to have beds for everyone. Staff was very friendly and pool was good.

Excellent as always, checkin was a bit tricky and rocky as we booked a room for 5 people and got a four sleeper snd a rollaway bed was supplied for a child!!! Adult had half his legs hanging over! We got a free breakfast voucher , didnt solve the problem, but breakfast was good! Our other room asked for a king bed but nothing was available even though the hotel was quiet! Still lovely hotel but next time will be more insistent! Our fourth stay and it is a stunning hotel and convenient for universal park visits

Food in the restaurant was terrible! Omelette was not eatable at all and the cook didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Pancakes were stale and dry. Asked for an espresso and cappuccino and received cold, filtered coffee instead. Room was spacious and modern though and very clean. Shower wasn’t great and the sink was a bit stinky and didn’t drain very well. Really convenient for parks.

Great hotel but the sofa bed was awful! Not a premium hotel quality at all! Staff not interested when I mentioned it either!!

Very impressed by the hotel and it's facilities. The staff at check in were very welcoming. The Express passes were also a super advantage of staying at this hotel.

An amazing hotel. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with lots of towels to use. Room was spacious. The boat service to the Universal parks and was easy and convenient and the boat captains always cheerful and friendly. Lots of restaurant and food options at the hotel. Overall a great stay and glad we chose this hotel. The express passes which are included were a godsend.

I stayed for 1 night for the express pass for universal studios. Only convenience i see worth a stay.

Lovely hotel with good amenities. Food options certainly not the cheapest so better to eat elsewhere. Nice rooms and we had a great view of the theme parks

Needs updating

Overall is good in hardwares for this level of hotel with such prices. However, when compared with my previous hotel in disneyworld, their services are not as good as the other with its price is lower.

Close to both Islands of adventure and universal studios. A 10 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi ride to the front gates. Complimentary Fast passes to both parks for the duration of your stay are great perks and reasons to stay here and that is before the great customer service offered by the whole team at Royal Pacific, the great pool area and comfortable and quiet room.

Everything was fine, so we requested room service, and the only thing that was done was to change the towels, but the sheets were not changed, and no trash bags were placed in our room's trash cans. We were expecting more than that, actually, we were expecting the bare minimum (changing the sheets) since this is a luxury hotel!

Great hotel for Universal Studios it’s just so close and the kids loved it.

The proximity to universal

Check in was easy and the staff explained everything very well. The hotel ground was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool felt so safe with a lot of lifeguards on duty.

Lovely stay and the access to the parks via the water taxi was great. Our TV wasn’t working which we had rang down to ask for it to be sorted. Amber said she would sort this for us but it never happened so that was a little disappointing.

Very good hotel

Beautiful hotel and great location for universal. We were let down by the unfriendly check in staff on reception. The cleaning staff were more helpful and even showed us where to go. But first impressions are so important, it was a real shame that the only thing the man on reception could say was “ID please” - not even a hello.
