Room was clean

There were so many cockroaches in our room. Not to mentioned the smell of cigarette smoke was penetrated in the room.

Fridge didnt work, only provided with 2 towels for 2 people

not completely terrible for the price. staff was friendly. wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t last minute. stained sheets and towels. carpet looked dirty. walls have marks and stains on them. dead bugs in the room.

The room was ok…it could use an update. Only noise I heard was from the AC unit in the room….It needs to be serviced or replaced. The super nice front desk staff and breakfast lady makes up for what the hotel is lacking.

Rooms are huge. Room lamp did not work . Hotel looks old and scary from outside. Just a basic hotel.

We requested towels never got them, Had an issue with a smell in the room, room next to my room was a lot is screaming and moaning,

We enjoyed the management but the room had spiders and our tv did not work

The property was pretty decent for the price. Wasn’t told before booking that we had to put a $100 deposit down even though we paid majority of the stay upon booking

It was great for what we needed but the water had a weird smell and they didn’t have a plunger for the toilet you had to be super careful and mindful of that and would recommend if they come in to give new towels and change the sheets to take the trash as well they are very small … we were there a week and not once did anyone take the trash thank god there was a larger barrell out side our room

Breakfast was easy, fast and good. Location was perfect for us we were so close to Disney. The room itself could have been cleaner. Bed sheets were a little stained on one bed and had a cigarette burn on the other. Other than that, it was good for what we paid

Had a bad experience with of shower tub clog. Had to call yesterday morning to front desk. But from my personal phone though. Due to inside room phone non-working. I guess is there just for decoration purposes. No dial tone or phone completely dead. Imagine an emergency for a least dialing 911. The reason I had to call front desk. It was because shower water rising to ankle or more. Front desk send a maintenance worker with device to unclog. But it was horrible to see a big portion of hair coming from tub drain. I even took a picture evidence of hair inside toilet. When worker pull it out of drainage. Also to my opinion hotel a/c units drip lots of water. To walk ways and stairs. Making people walking around puddles. That's a slip hazard awaiting to happen. My little son did slip in one of those puddles. But thankfully it was a minor slip! And my son got up quickly! I consider that I should get a refund for my bad experience at this hotel.

Old rooms , humidity smell and the worse A/C in my life that’s night was horrible

As soon as you walk in there is a weird smell. The front desk staff was friendly. Inside the lobby area looked clean. The hotel of course isn’t anything fancy and we stayed there only for a quick stop before going to our actual hotel for our trip. The room had stains on the wall. Carpet you can tell was dirty. Luckily no bed bugs (we checked both beds) and we didn’t see any roaches. The only bug I saw was a worm in the washroom. Keep in mind our room was on the ground level and since the entrance to those rooms are from the outside, I would see it as normal for bugs to get in with the opening of the door. Especially considering when housekeeping takes care of the rooms, they have the door open the whole time (we saw this as we were checking out). Towels were clean. No hairs in the towels Overall room wasn’t the most appealing however if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep for the night as a stop by, then it can pass. Breakfast is until 10, however when we checked out at 9:30, all the breakfast was gone (which we were planning to have breakfast at our next hotel anyway) but if you do choose to stay here, make sure to go to breakfast earlier. Clearly they don’t have enough to make sure everyone gets to enjoy. The area itself wasn’t too bad. There is a 7/11 close by. All other fast food places close earlier unless you’re driving then drive thru closes later. So food options depend on that. Plazas around look sketch

The breakfast was ok. I would of liked to see a water cooler or dispenser in the breakfast area. What I didn't like was there was no tissues provided in my room. The TV channels were static and it would turn off randomly to snow and then back to the channel I was on. I did address the issue and someone did come out and looked at the TV. They offered to replace the TV but it was my last night so I said not to bother. Other than that, the stay was good.

The room was old but at this price we understand. But we had to pay an extra 12dollars per day for nothing and it was impossible to cancel this hotel when they tell us about this extra price after reservation. But the worse...the room was very very dirty and smell terrible.

Staff was kind and professional. Rooms were very spacious. Dining area in main lobby needs a little upgrade but other than that it was a great stay for families. Close to a lot of activities. Worth the money.

Very dissapointed. Rude administration. Infrastructure was poorly painted and area was unsafe. Poor dinning area limited resources. Unproffesional staff to say the least.

Friendly front desk staff, definitely could have done without the weird pushy sales guy that I had to see to get my parking pass. Also saw roaches. Won’t be coming back.

The AC was not working properly and customer service was poor and not friendy.
