Received amazing hospitality from Hannah, Lang, Savai and housekeeping. Very family oriented staff. Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be visiting again.Wonderful experience.Close by to so many restaurants. Easy Uber access.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only tougher part for me was some of the lights were burnt out in my room, the body wash was empty, and the AC was screeching at different intervals so staying in the room had its downsides.

Just what we needed for a shopping trip into Dallas. The staff were efficient. There were a large number you young people in residence for a Baskeball tournament. But our floor was quiet and our nights sleep uninterrupted.

The check in process was fairly easy, no waiting, and the staff were really friendly. The only problem was the blanket looked a little dingy, it smelled clean but looked a little worn and discolored.. Other than that it was a good stay.

The stay was great over all. Tanisha was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. She has a wonderful personality and a great smile. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was not that bad. The room was clean and the daily breakfast was a plus.

Our Room was at the end of the hall on the 1st floor as we requested a handicap room. Everything was fine until we took a shower & water traveled under the vanity. Looks like a poor design where they put the shower head….But that wasn’t the worst of it….. Once in bed a cockroach walked across the bed and just about gave my 80 y/o mother a heart attack! We started looking for more and noticed how the carpeting didn’t seem to be vacuumed and overall, the room was pretty dirty; there was a sock under the bed skirt so it was clear they hadn’t vacuumed.
The receptionist was great and got us moved to another floor and we slept well! Overall it was ok but there is a need to spray for cockroaches!

This property is in Frisco and like most of Frisco it is nice, very good area. Seems like recently updated... my only issue was at check in. It was a busy weekend with lots of baseball teams there and there was one person at the front. Other than that everything was good.

Our first room we checked into had a leak or something. It was supposed to be out of service so the lady at the desk got us another one. The toilet in our new room didn’t flush quite right but after the long day we just made due. The grounds were nice and the staff was very friendly!

I told the hotel that I would have a late check in and they said not a problem. I wouldn't land until 10pm...our flight was delayed 2hrs so the hotel cancelled my room for a no show...I was on a plane and unable to reach them to tell them we are definitely coming!! When I landed and called the hotel, I spoke to the night person and he said I would not be charged for the 2 nights but here I was at midnight with no hotel room! Totally disappointed, frustrated and extremely upset!!!

The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, they have a facility that is not in good condition. The room had broken cabinets and the bathroom was filthy and not stocked. The elevators make you feel lucky every time you use them. They are in bad shape.

Almost no water pressure in the bathtub / shower. Old lumpy mattress. Nice size room.
Breakfast buffet = Terrible! Sloppy area for waffles. Waffle batter was extra thin. Waffle was yuck. Butter - fresh of the freezer! Not good for melting on anything. Cold eggs were followed up with fresh hot eggs poured into old / cold egg container (violation of health code?). Did not attempt to eat.
One of the elevators was herky / jerky. Stopped several times between floors.
Staff was pleasant.
