Everything was fine except a horrible smell coming from the air conditioner. It smelled of body odor. I was too tired to ask to switch rooms.

Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. The sink was covered in facial hair shavings when we arrived. We have a dog and are careful to pi CNN k up poop. The grounds were mostly free of animal feces which was nice. Staff members were polite and helpful.

I'm not picky about where I stay, and this was a disaster - by far the worst motel or hotel I've ever stayed at. Most egregiously, the room smelled overwhelmingly of soap/air freshener when we first arrived. That smell dissipated, and we realized that it was there because the A/C smelled very bad everytime the fan blew (it had a musty, almost urine-like odor that I believe comes from mold or an unclean unit). The shower curtain rod was broken and tub had rust, the sheets were wrinkled, and the comforter had many holes (that looked like cigarette burns) in it. The bed doesn't have a boxspring and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. People staying next to us started talking loudly outside and playing music in the parking lot at 3 AM. There's nothing redeeming about this place - AVOID!

Convenient stop on our routine commute between OkC and Albuquerque, especially for people traveling with pets. It’s not a luxury stay but we’ve stopped dozens of times and it’s always comfortable and convenient.

Pool was drained. We stayed here twice on our road trip, going and coming home. The first room had no hot water and flooring was duct taped down across the doorway. The second room was better - at least we had hot water. But the hotel is run down. I’ve stayed at much better motel 6 properties.

Very nice stay and conveniently off I40. The room itself was very clean and because we have wheelchair accessibility needs... I have to stay this was one of the most accessible rooms we've stayed in.

I appreciate the pet policy, the biggest reason I stay here. it's unfortunate their properties are so run down. The bed was very comfortable but the noise outside woke me up every hour. the tub/shower was so old and in need of replacing I chose not to use it.

I would not stay here again. There are people loitering in the parking lot like it’s some sort of a tail gate party late at night. My room’s door was extremely loose with its latch and lock. Didn’t feel particularly safe and it was a relief that we weren’t there longer than 8-9 hours total.

The room was clean and in good condition. Looked like fixtures had been recently updated. Microwave and small refrigerator in the room. No in-room coffee maker, but coffee was available in the lobby during morning hours.

Overall the room was average. The air conditioner did not work very well and it’s Texas so it’s hot. Wish it would have worked better.

Mold in the ac, hair that never got swept up when the room was cleaned ,ripped sheets and literally had holes in the bath tub, rust was painted over.

I'm a wheelchair user, and when I got there, I park right in front of the front desk office, then I call them to ask for help. The person answered that they wheren't obligated to give help and that she wouldn't leave the front desk office. Then I started looking and asking for help to other guests, until some different guests help me in different stages of me, getting of the car until I get on the room... To them I'm very gratefull. The next morning, the personel was a lot more friendly, and helpfull, so checking out was easy, but not enough to make forget the bad moments of the check-in.

I never stayed there , we were booked for July by mistake and will be arriving on August 5th to the 6th. Was never refunded the room charge after calling both Expedia.com and Hotels.com and the hotel and promised a refund last Sunday. Very disappointing 😞 😞 😞

Pool not working Ac cold tv worked and beds were fine Need a lot of updating We just needed a quick shower and sleep

The room was really bad and the ac vent are full of dust we felt suffocated. I would like someone from the hotels.com to give me a call. When requested for the vent cleaning they just wiped with wet cloth.

I could not stay here. There was no parking for my pickup and 22’ trailer. Cars were parked in the truck parking. I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle parked here with my UTV’s on the trailer. People were walking around in the parking lot drinking beer, a women was in the parking lot walking around screaming at the sky, a group of people walking around my trailer talking about my buggies. I was followed out of the parking lot by a white Tahoe for several miles, trying to get me to pull over. I don’t know if this is a normal scene here, but it was very bad this night.

My biggest issue was room location I had knee replacement surgery and doing the stairs was brutal. While there very young adults in the downstairs rooms . That was a deal breaker . I would have gone somewhere else but I already paid . But the room was very clean and it was comfortable once I finished the stairs and there was no elevator

Front end staff were awesome, room decently cleaned. Only complaint are the beds. Seemed small and not comfortable at all.

The bed was soaked with cleaner to try and mask the mildew smell. Dont bring kids to this hotel its tweeker central!!!

Easy off and on. Needs some deep cleaning. But overall great place..dog friendly. Staff excellentt. We have stayed here 3 times

Filthy. I walked from the bed to the bathroom barefoot, and my feet were black. The air conditioner smelled of urine. Bed and pillows were disgracefully lumpy. It was ridiculously loud, and the door looked like it had been the victim of a battering ram.

We’ve stayed here twice now and always friendly staff and the rooms are clean. Will continue to stay here when we drive through.
