Overall, hotel was comfortable the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel. Food was great. Only thing I wish hotels that are near airport did was offer breakfast at 4:30 this way people that are leaving. Can at least get something or even grab and go bag perhaps some fruit.
If it says breakfast is included, then it should be available to everyone

I did my booking via hotel.com and because they required a second name for the second room that was booked which I supplied. Upon checking in I was told that I had only booked 1 room with a single bed, not 2 rooms with 2 queen beds per room. The front desk said I would have to contact hotels.com to get this clarified. Unfortunately the e-mail confirmation does not supply any phone contact information for hotels.com but it does have a virtual assist which after presenting my booking issue only sent a link to my current itinerary which showed me paying for 2 rooms as requested. Even after presenting this to the person at the front desk they did nothing to rectify the issue. Not sure why they did not search using my reservation number, which would have the correct information. Out of frustration I then gave my name and the other name that I had registered and all of sudden the info was there. So if your getting 2 rooms regardless of what hotels.com asks put both rooms under one name and save yourself issues upon check in. Or perhaps hotel front end staff could ask if the second room could be under another name. The hotel was very nice though.

We parked wrong in a snowstorm. Lady asked us to move which was fine, we immediately agreed, but she kept on arguing with us about it while we were moving the car. It was strange and most definitely bad service.

When I stay at a Quality Inn Hotel, I can always count on it being first rate and having a great stay while I am there. This location was exactly that. Everything at this location was "Top Drawer". Many thanks to the staff for a very enjoyable stay.

The place is clean, which we care about the most. Bed is comfortable, staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, but very happy with the place, will stay there again.

Stayed 5 nights for Thanksgiving. Big room. Comfy beds. Fridge froze everything. No hot water one afternoon & one morning.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the hotel was very quite and it was reasonably clean. The service was good too. With that said, the heater in our room was very noisy and didn't seem to work properly also the breakfast offered was not very good at all.

We had an unfortunate flight cancellation and had to stay overnight in Edmonton. The airline clerk didn’t think we would be getting a hotel allowance as the plane hit a bird, so as it was already getting late we booked a non refundable room at Quality Inn. Shortly thereafter we received an email from the airline with a voucher for the very hotel we had booked at, and after having it explained they refused to help us out.
The room was average, the amenities basic, and the bed had a big dip on one side. But it was reasonably priced I guess. Just wish they had been a bit more understanding and helpful.

The photos online show a fairly nice hotel. On arrival, you feel lost because the nice photos are actually of an old hotel that needs a lot of upgrading. There were a lot of achool kids there for a volleyball tournament; unfortunately the hotel was very loud for that reason. No fault to the hotel on that one, and let kids be kids, but put us on a floor away from them please, not in between rooms. The beds are old and the decor has you feeling out of the 80s. Not bad for a cheap option, but if you are picky at all this is not the place for you.

Everything about the hotel itself was great.
However, for my second night staying there, the clerk at the front desk gave a key card and my room number to another person booking a night at the hotel, causing someone to walk into the room while my girlfriend was naked as we were getting ready to go out for dinner.
When we went down to the front desk to voice our concern and have another room given to the person who walked in on her, the clerk, Islam, who was clearly high on a substance, berated my girlfriend about making a big deal about the situation and when asked for the contact information of a manager he claimed to be the manager himself.
This caused my girlfriend to have severe anxiety about staying at the property, feeling worried he would do such a thing again, causing a sleepless night for her.

The reception was unfriendly and unhappy that we had booked through Expedia. Was clearly not happy to be at work. This is a modest hotel, not new for sure yet very clean.

I have no comment on Room or location. BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. My family flight was affected by Iran-Israel conflict and I could not get there on-time. Booked through Hotels.com. In my entire life, every time something beyond our control happened, hotels were extremely helpful in cancellation. These guys did not agree to cancellation (even though it was fairly little money) and despite the fact that our flight was changed last minute and I contacted them more than 48 hours IN ADVANCE of check-in.
So that does show me they do not care about customers, and profit comes before customer satisfaction. I am very upset with them.

Overall, we got a $52/night total cost on our stay while having vehicle repairs. Great value as the hotel is cleaner than expected and having a typical breakfast added to lowering out of pocket costs. Restaurant inside made it convenient but the Fligh Deck bar/restaurant located 100 feet away is excellent and a good environment to hang out when you have nothing to do but wait for your mechanic!
