I t is no wonder the place had only a few guests staying here. Friendly staff but have no customer service apart from the our lovely cleaner. Noticed some friendly unfriendly people in breakfast room our first morning just glaring at you like you have murdered their mother or something worse! We believe they could have been part of the incredibly arrogant management who think this is how to run a successful venue. Such a shame as the view is beautiful. But No personality! No atmosphere! No background Italian Music, nothing? Dated decor. Dirty in a lot of areas I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the aircon as they charge you for everything else. Charged €10 to bring food to our room from the hotel restaurant. Advertised at €2 room service €20 extra if want late check out. Keeping your room. They didn’t offered to look after our bags whilst we waited for our transfer. No where was it mentioned when you check out of your room, you can not use the facilities so If you stay without the late you have to pay €20 to sit in pool area and use pool. That area has a phone you have to use to get staff to come to you to buy a drink or ice cream. (Very limited selection) And even that they don’t answer. It’s almost like they don’t want you there. And as we refused to pay €20 we were kicked out of the hotel. We were going to use the restaurant again that you pay separately but their loss. Food: Food was delicious, especially the seared Tuna and reasonably priced. To be fair.

Regular place to stay, Narrow streets to get from the city to the hotel, the traffic and driving experience was very bad for us

The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh.

Quite a bit out of town but the views and the service make it worth it.

Extremely run down, especially shower, which was so small you had issues getting in and out. Food was very average and breakfast not good at all (unless you like sweet artificial breakfast). Bad coffee. Positive: nice view if you are on the upper floor and quite clean.

Beautiful spot with an amazing view. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food as well. Shuttle services to the city and beach at a reasonable rate. Could not recommend more.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Bel 3 in Palermo and it was an experience that truly stood out. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by such as the panoramic view, the architecture, etc.].

We loved our stay! The staff were very nice and helpful, we played ping pong and pool almost every free opportunity we could, and the breakfast was very convenient and delicious. They had a great restaurant that wasn’t extremely overpriced either. The shuttle was a great way to get into town as the hotel is located quite far from city centre if you were to walk; the shuttle was affordable and the driver was very kind. The only disappointment was the pool as it was closed to get ready for the summer months, which was a bit of a let down for us. However, this definitely doesn’t take away from the fact that we had a great stay with a great room!

Our family room was spacious and the view over Palermo was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty, with many options, and the staff was helpful. We took the shuttle into the city, which I’d recommend, as driving is harrowing (super narrow streets, aggressive mopeds). Only wish the jacuzzi had been open - we were looking forward to it. They were doing some work on the pools and patio while we were there, probably to prepare for summer. Overall, though, a pleasant stay, apart from the chaos of the city, and overlooking it and the sea.

The restaurant is not great and the service even worse. Not friendly or helpful in the restaurant which apparently is a separate business. The hotel staff was wonderful.

Lovely place, food was excellent. We were disappointed that hot tub was not working. We chose this place because the description did mention hot tub … but apparently that is NOT all year …. as October was “off season”. Apparently the “ season “ ends September 30, But weather was still 30 degrees!

Lovely modern hotel, clean and up to date. Excellent service and great food both at the free breakfast buffet and in the restaurant for dinner. Spectacular view of the entire city of Palermo - it is outside of the main city, on a hill overlooking the town. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We specifically chose this location to be able to not have to drive into the busy parts of the city, taking taxis was much easier.

It is on the mountain away from the city center. The swimming pools have fantastic view. The hotel provides mini vans to go to the center, beach, and bus and train stations. The ride is not free but the price is reasonable. I loved relaxing.

The standard room comes with the balcony and no matter what I said they're telling me that it didn't. But on paper it did... the shower had no pressure couldn't even wash your hair. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER WERE VERY RIDE,

Nice clean hotel with an great pool area with a view of Palermo and a good breakfast.

Convenient to Palermo but not in the center of the city. On the outskirts. Parking was available. A bit difficult to find, as it's on a cliff surrounding the city. Overlooks the city and the bay. Kind staff, very accommodating, breakfast was lovely.

We needed a one night stay close to the Palermo airport. We were very happy with the cleanliness of Hotel Bel 3.

The entire property smells like cigarettes and there is nothing around the area. No where to walk to. The hotel is up in the mountain with nothing around. Limited place and limited time to eat.
