Great location

Room was large with enough drawer & closet space for 2 people. Lots of lighting & comfortable queen beds. It had a LARGE fridge which is always a seller for us. There's small table with chairs for eating or a desk with chair to put items you need to plug in. There were a few items that needed upgraded which we brought to the clerks attention when checking out. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing. The shallow area is quite small. Hotel is close to Victoria Ave with access to Clifton Hill & Casino. Maid & general service when asking for items was quick & friendly. You can buy breakfast in seating area in lobby.

We pretty much just stayed at the hotel to sleep because me and my girlfriend wanted to enjoy all of the attractions at Clifton hill and have a few drinks. The room was comfortable and we slept well.

Good family hotel for the price point. Beds are a little stiff and dated, but overall the property is clean. Friendly staff. We were on the 6th floor and had some issues with the TV tuning but front desk sent someone up right away. Would be great if breakfast was included, or at least coffee! Parking is 17 CAD plus tax, not included.

The front desk was quick but could have done a better explanation how to get to the room. Also the walls are so thin - no soundproof The bathroom is dirty, someone’s hair was still on the walls…

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. We were close to Clifton Hill. The price was really reasonable, even with parking. Everything was good, however we found the elevators a little sketchy. It was our 2nd time staying at this location, and will stay again next time we're in town.

Wanted a reasonably priced hotel by Clifton Hills and was pleased with my stay. Excellent location and comfortable room. Great service by staff.

Days Inn (Centre St.) Parking was easy(lots of free spots on a long weekend), check in was pleasant. All staff friendly, room was clean. Perfect location. They have buffet breakfast for $15. Starbucks (2min walk)and Tim Hortons(5min walk). Lobby area clean. We stayed 3 nights and we will deffinintly be back.

Thank goodness we got a great deal on this room. While the bed was comfy and the room seemed clean it was obvious no one has done repairs in quite sometime. The desk was loose from the wall (very dangerous if we had kids with us), the toilet didn't always fill properly, the sink faucet leaked and there was a very strange wet spot on one of the chairs. The staff were great and it was easy to find and parking. Would visit again but never at full price!

It was an amazing stay!! We loved every minute of our stay here. We paid at the hotel to park and then walked everywhere. Our car never left the hotel lot until we went home.

Place is touristy and overpriced. You pay $17 per day for parking. There is a parking place for $10 across the street.

This is hotel is definitely older. But very clean!

We stayed for 8 nights. Asked for top floor ✅, view ✅. We watched the fireworks from the Falls every night from our room. Room was clean, needs some attention. We required maintenance, very prompt. If we go again next year, we will stay again and ask for the same room. Everyone was friendly.

We found this proprty to be very nice. It was conveniently located as we were able to walk everywhere we went in the downton Clifton Hill area. 10 minute walk to the falls. Staff were all very kind and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend.

Checkin was good room was very dark dingy very dirty carpets had to request another room had no problems front desk staff was quick to do so this room was little better cleaner but no window view open curtains your looking at a wall one of the bed was broken weeks every time u moved and thought I was going to roll of when sleeping very uncomfortable for a 280 dollar nite stay was not very happy

Lovely hotel, close to all amenities. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable

The room did not clean probably before passing to the next user. There was a water bottle on the carpet underneath the bed left by the previous room users. Also, there were indoor ants on the floor near the Jacuzzi and bed, which made me uncomfortable walking on the floor without watching out the ants.

Great location with proximity to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the mattresses were very stiff.

Awesome time

Great pillows. Beds felt a little old. Good shower. Didnt think housekeeping did very well. Breakfast was good. Staff at reception were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is showing its age. Needs painted and refreshed.

Like: Comfortable, spacious room & bathroom. Suite has microwave which is a plus. Dislike: Bathroom has not been fully renovated yet (I have been told that progressive renovations are underway). Suggestion: Could provide a basic complimentary breakfast as with many area hotels. I have always stayed here when visiting the Falls or ebn route to the States. I hope the hotel will keep up its reputable hospitality as well as "shape".

Our family of 8 stayed here for a few nights while visiting the falls. Once we parked the car at the hotel, we could walk everywhere. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location and staff were 5 star. The hotel is not a 5 star but was clean and very convenient. Great value! Traveling with 8 gets expensive:). Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was so good with excellent view of clifton hill. This is my 2nd time staying there, I will definitely like to come back here again in my vacations.

Its a nice, easy walk to the viewing area of the falls. There is lots of activities only a couple of blocks away. The property is run down, with peeling paint, leaky faucets and older decore, but the bed is very nice. You have to pay extra to park in the parking lot.
