Great hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful; the buffet breakfast full and excellent; the bed very comfortable; and all only a walk from the town centre and the station. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels nicely removed from the busy centre of Nice.

It was a lovely place to stay with easy walking to the beach and shopping.

Great location! Only area of improvements is the air conditioner of the room was not as cold. The room was very hot every night even with the air on its max. Overall, it was good.

Easy walk to train station, very walkable, easy to get around

It was convenient and in a nice area. Only one flimsy chair in room for 2. Staff was not responsive and unfriendly with one notable exception. Yes, I understand that the French culture is different and I like a lot about it, but if you work in tourist industry it is unprofessional to be so unresponsive.

We’ve booked 4 nights at Aria. It’s your basic hotel that offered everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location , 10 min to promenade, train station and majority of restaurants. Very kind and friendly staff. Good breakfast every morning with variety of pastries, eggs, cheese and meats , make your own freshly squeezed juice and , coffee machine, complementary bottles of either still of make your sparkling water for the room . Room : spacious space with huge closet, comfortable beds and clean bedding. I wished there were a full size mirror to check yourself before heading out (plenty of spaces to put one up btw ). AC didn’t work well, but to have windows open means no rest at all!! Very loud all night long . Bathroom: not the best set up. Walk up tub with small shower type enclosure. You’ve got to be slim to fit in that space and tub is quite slippery . Aside of tiny soap bar and liquid (all in one soap/shampoo) nothing else is offered , so bring your own. Towels are small and dingy looking.We had a car and parked in the safe underground garage for remainder of our stay in Nice (4 days $120 for reference ) Overall it was a nice stay with minor issues.

Lovely hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the tram and the seaside. Lots of options for a wide variety of menus in the old town and on the way there too. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was in need of a little renovation, the wallpaper was coming off in places and the curtains were rather worn. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine but would have liked 4 capsules rather than 3 each day. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms and bed were fine, staff is friendly. Cleanliness and breakfast were OK. My only annoyance is that the shower bar was broken, so that I had to continuously hold the shower head.

We stayed in a family suite. Lovely and clean, two separate rooms, bath tub/shower, fridge, safe and tea/coffee. Easily walkable to shopping and beach. Tram stop nearby. Also near pastry shops and supermarkets. We arrived early and room was ready so were able to check in. Water available to take up to the room. Breakfast available but we did not take this. Rooms were clean, newly renovated and good climate control. All in all it was the perfect place to explore the city.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was our first time in Paris and this hotel is a great location, walkable to many great shopping and restaurants. The main reception lady during the day isn't that friendly so if you need anything just wait and ask the night desk people, they were so helpful and lovely!

Hotel Aria is in a great location, close to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Well-run but noisy and uncomfortable air-conditioning. It's a seemingly small thing until you're being woken up every few minutes. The air-con noisily turns back on and rotates every 10 minutes or so, making sleeping uncomfortable. Everything else was fine and very conveniently situated.

Very rude staff. The room needs renovation, toilet seat was not attached to the floor, it moved every time using it. Shower was in the bath and there was pieces missing from the bath also floors had holes. I was traveling with a friend and we asked to have two blankets, cause we didn’t feel good to share one. They only gave bedsheet. We asked again and they said we would get it. Later we came from dinner and they had brought the blanket, without any sheet on. Just dirty blanket. We went again to the reseption and asked to get sheet on it. They gave the sheet and told us to put it on. We said that this is hotel that we pay 200€ per night and it’s their job to put the sheet. We asked if he could help cause the blanket was huge but he said “it's not my problem”. Very very rude behavior. In the morning when checking out we told this and they didn’t even say sorry. Can’t recommend this hotel, unless you want to feel like an idiot and make your own bed and pay a lot.
