We had a wonderful experience! The entire place was clean and the staff was wonderful!

Was a good stay had an issue with the tv not working the hotel staff got it going within 30 minutes. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds comfortable. Would have been nice to have 2 soft pillows. Each bed had 4 pillow but all the pillows were very firm. Prices were pretty high but it was the weekend The casino was nice lots of good games

Our stay at the Cannery was excellent. Its location was great and the room was very nice and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Apparently I have not mastered the house keeping policy. Last time I stayed for 3 days after my room was not cleaned after the first night I asked at the desk and was told I was supposed to request it at check in. This time I requested service but because I didn't leave the room until 1:30 I got no service and came back to an undone room. I did not go to the desk because I was checking out the next morning. Next time I will try setting a time. Now for the good, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the place was clean but there is an odor in the halls that should be attended to, it was quiet, but be prepared to walk a good distance to some rooms or ask for room near elevator.

We stay at the Cannery frequently. In the last few years, they have made some upgrades and improvements which have really modernized the hotel and casino. Their pricing remains competitive and reasonable.

Everything was great, except there was poor water pressure.

Its convenient right off the freeway and tons of dining and shopping in the area in case you need anything. Check in is easy and casino has bars and dining.

Away from the strip and the crazy party scene. Clean, fun, and fresh. The pool was not crowed. I loved the seating area to chill instead of having to sit at the game tables like other casinos.

It was very pretty, Super clean!! And has great service also the pool was great!! Clean it was just perfect!!.

The deluxe rooms are new. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of towels for two people. Pillows were firm and not all beat up. TV worked but limited channels. $12 for a on demand movie is a little steep but who goes to Vegas to watch a movie. $10 add on charge for high speed internet and of course the free high speed internet barely works. In this day and age, c'mon you're making it too obvious. No coffee maker in the room and my adhd interrupted me while the lady was explaining how to get community coffee. 10 minutes from downtown and 15 from the strip. No frills so bring your own drinks and snacks. No glamour so a fancy car isn't necessary to avoid the snoot. A/C is ice cold. We had to turn it off overnight. I think everyone had theirs on full blast so the coldness was seeping into our room through the vents. Perfect for 109 degree days in the desert. They need to do something about the ventilation in the place. The entire casinao floor and open areas to the casino smells like your sitting inside a car that burnt down. It couldn't be healthy for the workers. Can't say it's kid friendly. After you get your room key you can enter and exit the hotel area without going through the casino. Overall this place is good on the wallet and the sanity.

Large and very comfortable room. Room was clean. No coffee making facilities in the room but you could get this facility in the lobby area free of charge. Bathroom clean and sufficient amount of towels. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent and clean place; helpful and friendly staff; A/C is a bit dated. Overall, excellent.

Rooms are decent and felt safe inside knowing not anyone can just enter. Didn’t like how you walk through the casino with tons of smoke as you pass by.

Expedia reservations were never received by hotel. I had to pay for 2 more rooms. Expedia is impossible to get in touch with.

It's an old hotel that they're trying to put a facelift on... air conditioning was semi cool.

I booked for two Queen size beds and was provided with two Double size beds. That wasn’t appreciated by me. I felt that I was provided a lesser value room.
