Booked for my 40th birthday. Front desk was amazing. They helped us out with getting an early check in so we could be ready for our dinner at Cipresso (also amazing). Room with balcony overlooking pool was spacious. Shower was the best ever. Between the heat of water and pressure, I truly did not want to get out of it! A stay here wont disappoint.

Amazing stay!! We came to town for a concert, but other than that, we stayed at the hotel all weekend. There was no need to leave the entire time we were there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We were complimentary upgraded from our room to a suite which was super fancy! It was the perfect romantic night.

Check in time is at 4 but room was not ready until after 7. Stood around in the lobby which had no seating, waiting, thinking it would be ready any minute. Our show started at 7 so we were not able to change clothes or freshen up from our road trip. No apology or compensation given. Just excuses.

The ENTIRE property stinks of cigarette smoke. It doesn't matter if you are in a non-smoking room or not. My room overlooked a sea of air conditioning and mechanical equipment. The staff (other than the front desk) acts as if they just don't want to be there. For the amount of money that I paid, you would have at least thought that I would have a room with a view and nicer customer service. Never Again!

Terrible stay for the price. 1st the security gave horrible directions to our tower entrance which had me walking around the casino with our luggage struggling for over 10 minutes lost, the ice machine on our floor didn't work the first night, our tv only worked about half of the stay i had to call desk about that. Our room service breakfast was missing one whole meal, they didn't even ring it up, so we ended up just sharing the one delivered, then on the final night a valet driver cut me off and almost hit my car in the lot as he sped into the valet garage. I was really looking forward to this stay but left so disappointed. Just an over all bad experience and i definitely would not return again

Rooms were clean but having to go to the front desk daily to ask for the room to be made up is ridiculous. You cannot call them or tell them upon check in, you must go daily to advise them. Gaming is very expensive and will probably not be back for any table play. Food options are ok but they should offer varied diets options for people who have restrictions.

Stayed 2 nights to see a concert there. Room not serviced after first night. Valet parking charges not posted then get hit up for $70 which is outrageous. Lesson learned use self parking !!

Overall wonderful stay. Wish it was smoke free. Weed smell throughout the property. Even on the halls in the west tower. Every employee I encountered was super friendly and helpful. We are in our early 60s and that bathtub was hard to get in and out of for a shower. Would rather have walk in shower. Fall risk.

Check in time is 4pm, we have stayed here twice and arrived just after 6pm both times room wasn't ready. This time we wete here for a concert and needed to get in the room to get ready. Just disappointing.

The room was beautiful but unfortunately unable to open curtains bc parking lot with people all over walking around. I expected more for $500.

Very clean and secure. The only issue we had was they told us check in started at 4pm we got there at 5:15 and they didn’t have our room ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. Other than that, nice place pool area is awesome. However, $550 per night us little high for what you get in my opinion.

The casino-attached hotel is super convenient and the rooms were comfortable. A couple pet peeves about the West Tower - the location of the toilet roll was absolutely absurd. Basically it’s behind the toilet close to the floor meaning you have to reach back and find it and then try to tear off paper with one hand. The tub also has a ‘suicide’ slope on it where you would enter so if you don’t notice it’s sloped when you step in your foot instantly slides causing you to fall.

From the beginning, I paid for reservation ahead of time, they wanted to charge me double, to the room that I reserve being non-smoking and smelling like cigarettes pretty strong and then being delivered a spray to “spray” the smoking odor.
At 1am there was a 30 minute loud noise like a vacuum.
Truly not pleasant at all.

The price for what we got was ridiculous. The smoking throughout the facility is a bit much. The nonsmoking area is upstairs so all of the smoke simply goes up the huge open area in the middle.

Hard rock hotel is mostly a Casino with a small hotel. The casino is smoking so make sure you are aware as you have to walk thru the casino to get to your room. The room itself is nice and upgraded. The pools are great and the staff that works the pool are very attentive. I would say this is a good hotel but not kid friendly.

Well first of all the cigarette smoking is totally ridiculous. Not enough ventilation! I wear a cologne that is over 3 hundred dollars a bottle and I smelled like an ashtray the whole time. They also should have designated areas from smoking. Secondly I felt like I was in the dungeon! They put me in a room right next to the pool and when you looked out of the window, you were looking at a nasty ground. They had a dj blasting the music at the pool early and it was all in my room. I was very disappointed! My door wouldn’t shut properly unless you let it slam.
