Short stay so not really a chance to see all on offer but room was a huge 1 bed apartment with large bathroom and kitchen. Good distant sea view from small balcony. General condition was poor, breakfast room too small and crowded. Very steep paths to get to room, not suitable for anyone who has walking difficulties. Reception staff not as welcoming as others we have used. Could be nice with some effort from the management but for now, I'll be staying elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful that what is on your site is not what you receive and then to be told that all there new standards were given to Hotels.com. We booked this property through you because the description of amenities that the place had!! When we got there it had all changed. No sauna, no steam room, no gymnasium. These with not being there and asked why they were advertising them on your site, they said they had informed you? When we got in the property we were then told that any crockery and utensils, plus toaster and coffee maker were to be charged to the room if we asked them to give us ? Later they looked at my itinerary and gave up on the crockery and toaster and brought them for no charge and said there was now just a coffee maker in the reception. When the cooker hob it would not work. The window to our bedroom at no catch on one side and we could not even be bothered about no plug unabling us the have a bath. Breakfast the first morning although looked great we choose an English breakfast which unfortunately was cold. We were treated fairly but the staff and were very good at their job, and the whole place was nice and oldy worldly. But I’m sure that the price charged was to much for the mistakes in your catalogue (site) I am very sure during the summer months there could be quit a bit of trouble if this is not sorted. As many people will not like the situation.

Absolutely amazing place not like big chains hotels, great stuff very helpful food tastefull and fresh.

Great location; close to Alicante, Altea and the Beach; you can take a Bus right in front of the Hotel, however, you will need a Car if you like more freedom of movement. The provided breakfast is a great value and you will not find it anywhere else! Staying In the Hotel, will give you the feel of living in a Spanish Pueblo; will definitely stay here again in the future. The Staff are very friendly through out the Property. It provides a family setting with many families with young children chose this Property.

Excellent views from balcony, including a drape to provide some shade during the day. Could easily spend many hours enjoying the view. Pool is right outside the door (unit 8) and restaurants are nearby. Unit could benefit from some maintenance, entry door handle out of adjustment, deck board broken, bathroom tiles need grout cleaned.

Very nice resort with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The resort is somewhat isolated though so a car is needed if you want to go for activites.

It’s too far and doesn’t have a direct beach. You need to walk 15 minutes to get to the room. Breakfast ok.

Loved the gorgeous sea view from our room and charming architecture. Staff was also courteous and friendly.

Took forever to get to check in. Only one family in front of us but took over 30 minutes. Not clean, cockroaches all over the stairs which wasn't nice at all. Very loud, especially at breakfast, that was crazy. Nice pools, the room was nice, but no views unfortunatly even though it was a very very expensive room.

The view from the property was great but the property itself is a bit dated and there was a stale smell of smoke. The Italian restaurant was excellent.

We just stopped in for one night on our way south from Barcelona. It is probably a better place to stay for a longer period of time as you have to take a golf cart to get your bags to the room. But the place was nice (just a little tired) and the staff was lovely.

A nice place, but given the distance (4.5km) from central El Campello we would be reluctant to stay again. Another problem is the steep hill that this hotel sits on. To be fair they do use a golf cart to move your luggage, but a lot of people would struggle to walk up and down on their own steam.

The apartment was so nice with a lovely balcony . I would definitely recommend this

It has a peaceful and tranquil ambience. It is built on a hill, and although this offers terrific views it can be a tiring climb with shopping or after a days activities.

Cute apartment complex north of Alicante. It's a little town within itself with 3 restaurants. Food was outstanding.

We loved the place. Expedia need to mention that unless you go all inclusive everything is very expensive and as it’s an apartments hotel no daily room service unless you’ve got all inclusive, The hotel is quaint and lovely. Very nice staff, good and entertainment. The shop is a rip off but otherwise convenient. El Campello is beautiful and paella was amazing!

Beautiful property! Very reasonably priced (early June). Spacious apartment that well equipped. Parking outside is limited. But for an extra small fee, there is parking inside the property.I was on crutches with a broken ankle. The property is not handicap friendly! But the staff and guests were very willing to help in any way that they could. I would return without hesitation.
