This was by far the worst hotel i ever stayed at. It was in a very bad area worth scetchy people around the property. The room was dirty. When i pulled down the comforter to get in bed, it was soiled badly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water.

There was no door handle on bedroom door the couch was stained underneath and the couch cover was filthy the top of the fridge was so dirty it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while the hot water didn’t last my whole shower maybe 10 minutes the closet smelled putrid all the bedding was stained the bed was comfortable and that was the only good thing about this place.

Usually an affordable price means a not so nice stay. And definitely not as clean. This place never fails to meet my standards. The staff are amazing as well!!

It was a nice property and clean.

The front desk was very friendly and check-in was quick. The facilities was clean but run down. We had a towel that had black stains on it and one of the sheets was ripped. There was no chain on the door and you could see the light shinning around the door. Also, the trim around the door had some loose places. The room was clean and the breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

Looked like the room hasn’t really been cleaned in years. Dried boogers in the wall and a used tampon in the closet. Showers were terrible and so is the drainage. Bed sages to one side. The couch looked like something you had in college. Not sure how the breakfast was didn’t trust trying the food there. Don’t recommend staying here.

This hotel never fails to bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. They are fair and prompt with their service. Im a repeat customer and they are my first choice!

The room was disgusting. My feet turned black from walking around for one hour without shoes. There were bugs and all kinds of human hair in the bathtub. The dishes were dirty. This was a suite. I have pictures of my feet the bathtub and the weather room looked

Front desk staff are very professional and courteous

It’s unfortunate that the new owners take the bad rap for the old owners. It’s clean and quiet with biscuits and gravy and eggs

The hotel looked clean. The A/C unit in our room broke and would not blow cool air on the first day of pur trip. They were suppose to come and fix it and they didn't. The hotel is pet friendly but there is a $20 fee per night and a $50 deposit that i was not aware of until I got to the hotel. Which would of been nice to know before i arrived for budgeting purposes. The breakfast was decent with waffles. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, ect.

Not my best experience using lodging in a hotel.

Not a good area. All concrete. No elevator. Felt unsafe.

Room was disgusting..couch stained..walls stained..towels rirty

I was traveling with a small dog so it was put in the building away from the main building. There was a group of men staying there and they were congregating in front of the room. I was assigned as well as the room next-door drinking and carrying on I left the premises and got a different hotel, even though I did not book this hotel until day of arrival, they would still not reimburse me.

No room service unless requested. Keys rarely worked. Had a bandaid on the wall.

Overall no complaints other than parking

Staff was helpful. They kept some dip tea bags in the lobby cafe area which is soothing after a long day. Breakfast room was clean but with very limited options.

I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite, but I was notified before my trip that it would not be available. They accommodated 2 king rooms, which turned out to be less expensive anyways and still worked out great for our needs. It is a great budget friendly hotel and the staff was so kind. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip to the Springs!

The staff is very nice and it looks like it has been renovated. Great place, great price.

We were so grateful for an awesome staff member, Yessica, who helped us move from one room that had what appeared to be a pet problem from a previous occupant into a very nice room that was clean and comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our needs!

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us when I left my medication in my room. This was one of the best Travelodges I've ever stayed in.

Dirty rooms, no AC , non smoke rooms but smell

The room we were given was not cleaned yet as well as the 2nd room. The 3rd room already had someone in it. We walked in and a voice from the bedroom yelled, hello. The 4th and 5th room had holes in the walls and were disgustingly dirty with a smell that burnt our noses. By the time we got to the 6th room, it was late and we were extremely tired. The manager stated she would comp the room so we just took it. (which was billed to our card by the way) This room was not as dirty but had an odor that is unexplainable. After opening the windows and burning popcorn to try to rid the smell, it was still there. It smelt as if you took mold and feces and rodents and blended it. I would highly warn anyone to stay as far away as possible. Oh yeah, and we were awaken by the police pounding on the door looking for someone with a warrant.

Carpet was dirty, bed sheets were dirty with stains and hair. Front desk staff were great and very helpful.

Needs updating badly....
