The double bedroom room on the 12th floor was good enough for our stay there were 4 of us - it was clean and nice and comfortable - there was noise from construction site but since we were out all day it didn’t bother us but the early morning starts woke us - such is life. we had ocean view room which was nice - The pool is completely shaded in the late afternoon and can be really windy if there is a northerly wind - other than this we had a great time and recommend it if your not looking for extreme luxury and quiet - oh and the balcony is noisy from the hoons on the main road below!

Great locatin, lovely views, needing a bit of a facelift here and there but overall we enjoyed our stay. Pool was great, garden needs some TLC.

Property was in a bit of a shabby state and needing modernising. General feeling about the place that it needs refreshing and all the grounds outside were black with grime - needed a good pressure clean.
View was nice.
Ensuite was not private - if someone was standing on the balcony above they could look straight into the bathroom and there were No blinds on ensuite windows.

We were moved to a higher floor 1204, which was nice. BUT move was disappointing as there were renovations happening and it was very noisy. Was advised at front desk 3 moves had happened, which is why I felt we got the better room. Was advised room ready when I called about 90mins before arriving, when we arrived room wasn't ready, cleaners were in. Guessing because others requested room move due to noise. Unit dated and needed a good deep clean. Lounge crevices were filthy, ceiling needs clean near aircon duct. Air con played up, although maintenance attended, was advised 3 units had same issue. Noise from traffic could be heard as doors don't seal completely.

Great property for families. Our two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our week long holiday. It was spacious and had all the creature comforts to make it feel like home, which included drawers full of board games and DVDs and a kitchen full of appliances and equipment.

We feel for the money we charged it was very overpriced. The room itself was clean but that's where it ended. We were told upon checkin there was an issue with the master bedroom light so just use the lamps. That was find however there were llight switch covers missing on several of the switches the one in the master bedroom so old and deteriorating the plastic shard off in my finger, the ensuite the cold water tap fell off on one of the basins, the shower leaked, toilet didn't flush properly unless you flushed mabye 3 times and we paid for a 5th person and no bed had been made up or linen left behind so we had to use towels on the lounge for our daughter.

We loved the pool area and the hotel is close to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Good location to the beach. My overall impression of the property was that it needed maintenance. Our room was grubby. Bedside tables were scratched, airvents were full of dust, make up stains on the sheets, couch was marked and the floors were dirty. The room is also only cleaned every 3 days. Glad we spent most of our time out the room.
