Property was convenient & overall clean. Each day breakfast was limited. They said they were out of basic items like milk & yogurt.

hot tub is under construction repair, pool is cold and in a dark room. breakfast was mostly carbs, breads that ran out, cold cereal where milk ran out, oatmeal waffles. no eggs and sausage looked barely warmed-hardly cooked. bananas were good. received a handicap room that was long it getting cooled down. but the bed was comfy.

Staff was great! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Hotel layout was unique and fun. Breakfast was good, with ample to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the gym and breakfast. The young man who checked us in was super friendly.

Pool hours are until 10pm but our kiddos were asked to leave the pool area because they were too loud. We purposefully booked the hotel with 6 other families to allow our kids to swim after a long day at a baseball tournament. Very disappointed. Pool echoed terribly but that’s not our fault. Kids were having a great time happy and playing. We will never stay here again. Kids were upset and didn’t understand what they did wrong. Bummer. Nobody assisted us a checkout or even said thx for staying even though we kicked you out of our pool for having a good time.

Our room was very quiet and appreciated that very much. Staff was very nice. One thing we noticed is that the carpets throughout and in our room were completely disgusting. I highly recommend replacing them. Definitely can tell the building is dated.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast each morning. First day my friend found a hair in his omelet. They ran out of food and condiments, kept running out of coffee and cream.

After paying for my room through Expedia I arrived at the Hampton Inn in Parker to find myself without a room. So, as you can imagine, I’m not a happy customer

Loud! We heard everything, from people next to us to people coming down the stairs, slamming doors next to the exit. No pool access, heard water running anytime someone used water

The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the airport, shopping and restaurants. We were very comfortable in our pristine room. Thank-you for a lovely, albeit short stay.

Took forever to get hot water in our room.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I had to for this one… I came to Denver on a whim a solo trip to get some rest and time away from my kids and husband you know a momcation, the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist who made sure that although I had a digital key in the event that anything happened I had a physical key to my room as well. I wasn’t bothered they made sure all my needs were catered too and made it very easy for me to talk to them as someone who struggles with social anxiety. Whomever was at the desk of I needed anything was very helpful. The day before I left I asked if I could check out late and the lady at the front desk her name begins with an R *ray I believe but I remember it being an R* accommodated my request and even offered the next day when I was leaving sooner than my late check out time to keep my bags behind the desk so I could still enjoy my time left in Parker. The housekeepers always had a smile on their faces no matter how long a day they’ve had. Before leaving I told front desk that this will be a yearly thing for me and that I’d be coming here because of how accommodating the hotel was. Anything under 5 stars and I’d be lying.

Bed bugs. They played it off like it was normal. I woke with bite marks all over. Pulled the sheet and they were crawling in the corners. No refund and blow me off

We only stayed in the hotel so we could swim with our grand daughter and the pool was empty. second year in a row for that to happen. Very disapointing..... will not stay again.
