We started our Rt 66 trip in Amarillo. This was a great hotel. We went to the Cadillac Ranch and ate dinner at The Big Texan. Loved them both. The hotel was comfortable but we needed a car to go to both areas of interest.

I was told I made a reservation for the wrong night. The lady at the front desk was completely rude and very unfriendly. I will never stay at this Comfort Inn ever again. Train your people to be kind even

The different flavor waffle batter and fluffy biscuits were an unexpected treat. The location is right off the highway but it's not loud. The room was very clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Our beds were ok - not the worst but not the best! The room was excellent except that there were 3 lights burned out! We were too tired to need them but if we had needed them, it would have been a hassle! That’s something that should be checked!

Over all was not bad. The hotel does need some renovations. The pool had a lot of bleach that irritated the kids eyes. But the employees were very nice and friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Check in and out was easy, room was clean and ready for me, room was super comfortable, i had one king bed and a very comfortable sectional. Continental Breakfast was ready on time, and had all the hits. Great job!

I booked two rooms for my family for a two nights. For the price, the hotel was right. However, the room lacked a thorough cleaning. There were dark red stains on the curtains, a bandaid stuck to tv to cover the “on” light, and shower had not been cleaned at all.

The ONLY negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the AC started making a weird noise on our last night there. No one else in my family even heard it, but it kept me awake for about half the night. Everything else was great - breakfast, pool/spa area, housekeeping. The rooms even have ceiling fans!

Got a 6 person suite and it was perfect for our family of 7 kids with one in a crib. So much space! Water pressure was awesome and the water was hot. Is it in pristine condition? No. But it was clean and I didn’t pay for a 5 star hotel stay. Breakfast was great, had tons of options and all of my kids loved it. Check in and out was fast and easy. Will definitely stay at comfort suites again.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. It was quiet even though there were kids on the floor several times through the week. I would occasionally hear them running down the hall but nothing major. Housekeeping was always friendly and easy to get service through the week whether it was trash, fresh towels, etc. I definitely enjoyed my stay. There were a few places to eat that were walkable, so that was definitely convenient and handy after a long road-trip. No complaints!!!

I was at the comfort inn suites for 2 nights. No room service after first night although someone had been in the bathroom and gone thru my stuff. Also had an expensive shirt stolen. The front desk was of no help and they refused to credit my account. A police report was filed
