Great price and location. We had a one bedroom suite that unfortunately overlooked the hot tub, which when open and in-use was very noisy despite closed windows. Bed and living room furniture were not the most comfortable, but otherwise great in-suite amenities.

Check in was great. Even though the girl that check us in was learning she new her stuff!!
It was a one stay for 6 adults. Our room accomdated us all quite comfortably.
There was places to lock our bikes in the parkade.

We’ve stayed at both Blackstone Lodge and Falcon Crest. Both stays were amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy parking. Blackstone has a better gym, and I think that would be the only improvement Falcon Crest could make, it would be nice to have a designated temperature controlled room with more equipment. Still an amazing and otherwise flawless stay, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Canmore!

An overnight stay to explore Canmore. Live at first sight, will come back again. Falcon Crest Lodge is equipped for a comfortable extended stay, which is what we should do in the future.

The room l booked was advertised with a washer & dryer but there wasn’t either in the room l was given. Also advertised l would get a food & drink voucher didn’t receive that. Carpets in the halls need a good clean. This was my 3rd stay but wouldn’t say again

Excellent location, very close to trans Canada highway. We stayed only one night while travelling back from national parks to Calgary airport. Very clean rooms, in fact it is an apart-hotel, with double bedroom, washroom, kitchen and living area with sofabed and also a balcony. Staff very polite in front office.
Only negative point is there is no breakfast or restaurant facility, though there is a nice cafe across the road called "Take a Hike Cafe" - interesting name! Also close to Canmore downtown.

Awesome room with a mountain view. Front desk staff was excellent. Pull out couch comfortable. Fire place in room, full kitchen, laundry, awesome patio with grill. Great housekeeping. Hot tub was nice. Easy walk to some dining and shops. Short walk to bus. Easy drive to local areas.

Parking is a big deal there. When it is peak season it is hard to find parking. Having parking makes the trip more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was very clean and we appreciated that laundry detergent was provided. We loved the huge shower and shower head massaging jets! Great view off the balcony too.

The main hot tub with the view of the mountains was not working g which was a shame as that was one of our wants. Also our fridge has a leak or some sort and the bathroom sink was clogged or something

Our stay was good. Stopped in early asked if our room was ready, it was not which was okay. The staff member said she would call us when it was, we did not receive a call and we waited until I had to go to my meeting. When I did check in we got a great staff member who upgraded our room. It was very nice, but a toilet had not been flushed so a little gross. Otherwise it was a great stay. We miss the welcome bottles of water and small bag of chocolates, that was always a nice touch. We would stay here again.

We loved the full kitchen, separate bedroom, patio and the washer and dryer. The bed was really comfortable. There are two minor reasons why I’m not giving 5 stars. First, the hallways are dark. We were on the third floor and it struck me every time we walked the hall to the elevator how dimly lit it was. Hallways didn’t match the wonderful light and feel of the room. Second, we had to go to the front desk a couple of times to get more towels and coffee. They weren’t automatically replenished. However, we would definitely stay here again.
