Manager was not good, he just came to our hotel room and started yelling at us for no reason.
He was not professional at all, so rude and angry.

It would help to get (1) Exhaust in bathroom (2) Access to safe as part of room amenities (3) Change in breakfast and dinner (cuisine type) across days; lesser range of food ok.

Nice spacious apartment, well equipped.
Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. This wasn't a major issue but a slight inconvenience, didn't have any impact on an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

I had the all inclusive option but still needed to get my own water bottles if I wanted some in my room. Friendly staff all around. Food was decent, lacking in protein.

For half board, it means you are only entitled to get free water from the bar during the diner. Not explained at all on the Expedia app or on the hotel website what is included or not in the half board

The property has lovely rooms and amenities, however the food options really lacked and there tends to be a lot of noise due to the young crowds.

When I arrived my room card wasn't working and I was walking up and down like 3 times until they decided to sen a technician to fix it. The WiFi was awful - it kept connecting and disconnecting all the time every 2nd minute and wasn't even working from time to time. I was not able to work nor attend lectures and participate in them. Missed university assignments for this reason. GDPR and Data protection is something they would not consider as necessity because receptionist claimed that he could easily get my phone number and message me if he would want to. Brits were yelling across the whole area during night time and acted like they own the whole place, lol.
To point out good things about hotel:
Room was spacious, cleaning ladies were awesome and pool seemed to be clean.

Overall was a good stay, staff were nice, but unfortunately when the cleaners came to the room, they would often not replace the toilet roll or shower gel, so I would have to go to reception and ask, food was okay often at breakfast but lunch and dinner was very “the same” every night so it got boring and very limited on things to eat.

Loved our stay at the HM Martinique. Just a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous Magaluf beach. The hotel has two lovely pools and a plunge pool (adults only). Our apartment was spacious, included a rain shower, hairdryer, cooking job, fridge freezer, dinnerware cutlery, pots, beer and wine opener! TV with English language channels. Friendly English speaking staff and a fantastic buffet for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner! There are also bikes to rent from the hotel.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean. Food was excellent. Liked that the opening time to go to the pool was from 10am. This meant a lie in/breakfast before the rush for a sunbed at a stupid hour as is usually the case. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the lovely beach & 10 min walk to ‘the strip’. There are bars 5 mins away too if you didnt want to go into heart of the nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and big enough, also the balcony is very big too. Very closed to the beach, only 3 minutes by walking. The stuffs are helpful and friendly. Have 3 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor, have enough common area for all. Only one things is not so good, the lunch and dinner buffet don’t have too many choices. The breakfast buffet until to 11am, but at 10am, sth finish and don’t put more. Overall, it’s a nice place for a relax trip.

Recently renovated. The bed was large and spacious the room was well sized. Everything was clean and tidy.
The breakfast included was a standard buffet mix of English and continental as well as cereal fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Nice renoyated Hotel in a good location not far from centre and beach. Our room was spacious and quiet and clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We went 'all inclusive', food was decent but disappointed that an outdoor snack bar was not available. Spacious pool area.

Great complex with ample pool space, beds and really cool atmosphere. Does get livelier on the evenings but everything closes down at 11 so doesn’t affect sleep etc and very close to all bars and nightlife in magaluf. Mixed guests of various nationalities and ages, weekend saw more stag and hen did arrive but security and lifeguards always on duty. Food amazing, good variety excellent quality and available most of the day! Drinks good and bar service excellent. Rooms good quality recently refurbished, balconies large. Couldn’t fault the stay!

This is a bare bones hotel catering to young Europeans and Brits coming to Mallorca for a booze and sun holiday. For example, the kitchenette is equipped with exactly one pot and a lid and that’s it. Basics like and iron and tv remote control require a €20 deposit. If your after late night clubbing and proximity to a tourist beach then this is the place for you.

have to pay for everything including a remote for the tv, someone entered our room when we got out the shower with a key wasn’t house keeping either and then ran off, staff on reception don’t have good social skills as for the security guards stopped you every evening questioning you like your breaking and entering and he’s moody and arrogant. Tourist tax wasn’t mentioned until arrival Expedia failed to mention this as booked direct - also room was damp from air con. Wouldn’t book anything through Expedia again fail to mention a lot of things e.g tourist tan have to pay for iron daily remote daily air on and safe didn’t mention none of the above. Overall not happy
