Great location and very pleasant hotel. Only negative is that gym does not open until 9am so no use for a pre-breakfast workout. Supper in the restaurant was of a good standard and Staff all very friendly and helpful

We arrived early and front desk had our two rooms already ready! We checked in without issues, had free onsite parking, nothing to complain about as it was perfect use for our one night stay. Very secure hotel as well.

Overall it was an average experience. The hotel is stated as a 4 star hotel. It reminds more of a 3 star place and absolutely overpriced. The room was extremely small and not comfortable. The hotel really loud at all times.

Two adults with 2 children, 10 and 5. The family room was wonderful, similar to a typical American sized hotel room. Tub was large and deep.

For exploring Galway, the hotel is a little out of the way. It is a typical conference hotel with little character and organized to deal with masses of people. Particularly during breakfast, this did not work so well. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast itself was fine and there was enough space for parking.

The location of the hotel was rather perilous and inconvenient. It is right next to a next station and 15 min walk from the center of town. Otherwise, the room looks recently updated, the beds were firm n comfortable, good water pressure.

Over all good. We did wait a long time for desert as a bus arrived for a meal, the restaurant was under staffed.

Room size was very good and dining facility offered very good breakfast options.. The location a mile or so away from Galway city center was a bit inconvenient but our overall experience was very good.

Area is a little out of the way but still close enough to walk to the square. Terrible shower, if you really like your showers like I do, don’t stay here. Seemed like I was showering at a campground. Beds were hard which is fine for me but not for my wife. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was located within 0.75 of all the places we needed to be which made walking convenient. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Because I had to use my pass key in multiple locations to access my room, I felt uneasy. That type of security means I’m in an extremely dangerous area. I needed to be extra vigilant, and I couldn’t relax. There were no laundry facilities that could be used by a guest there for two nights, because everything had to be sent out and the timing was wrong.

The overall stay was good. There was tour groups there and the buses blocked the entrance to the hotel and parking so you can not see it coming in until you drive through the next door petrol station. The room was a triangle and not a lot of space on the left side of the bed. Everything was nice inside. Very quiet and no problems.

the hotel lobby and restaurant were great. some rooms were nicer than others- perhaps they hadn't finished upgrading.
but it was a tad musty and the aircon either wouldn't work or wouldn't stay on.

Nice hotel, slow service. Asked for fresh bath towels. It took over an hour and we received one bath and one hand towel.
