Will stay here again. Needed to cancel plans first night. 3 calls and 3 hours waiting for maitnence and housekeeping. Other then that, great visti. Just dont have reservations anywhere your first night.

It’s great place to stay if you want to stay for longer period.
Silent location, great shopping center, great swimming pool, close to Disney springs.
To be better, please pay extra attention to small things.
- Safe should be reset in advance.
- Put detergent and water as welcome gift.

It was decent. Needs to be updated. I don’t like that they charge an extra fee for housekeeping and more towels for a five night stay. They charge or we can wash and dry the bedding and towels to avoid the fee. It’s vacation, I don’t want to do laundry. Garbage piled up outside our door on our last night.

A great place to stay. Two heated pools and two hot tubs. Frankie Farrell's has excellent food and service. Free bus transportation to and from Walt Disney World. Great location.

We had a fantastic stay! We unfortunately had to leave home due to the effects of Hurricane Milton. This was a no brainer. The resort was relaxing and the staff was wonderful. My children had a blast and it was the first time they have smiled in a few weeks with the two hurricanes. They enjoyed kids daiquiris by the pool and playing in the arcade. The room was so spacious and the deck was amazing. So much room for my husband and I to hold our meetings. This was our second stay at this resort and it was great. It is less than a 10minute drive from downtown Disney and they even provide transportation to the parks.i got a voucher to use the spa but i never got to use it because it was closed. Maybe next time. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We had a problem on check in day with finding many tiny ants in our room. When I went to the front desk, they were very willing to find us another room within minutes. Super helpful and friendly.

Room was in pretty shabby condition. All table surfaces scratched up, shower moldy beds hard. Small pool jacuzzi jets not working. Stepped on glass by chair in pool area.

Was a great place. Rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Also, could use decent kitchen pots and pans. But as expected for rental condos! Would stay again! Pool is very nice! Staff was very helpful!

1. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was pancake thin, and came with 2 sheets and 1 blanket.
2. The ceilings fans all have panels that look droopy/falling.
3. We had to clean the tubs before use
4. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall with the nails barley hanging on
5. On the last day house keeping came into our room prior to checkout without knocking. We had family still getting dressed and it was a very big invasion of privacy.
6. The room sleeps 6-8 and they provide 6 towels. We asked for additional towels at 10am. 4pm we had to call and ask again. We were then told it was a $10 fee due to “no contact” rules, and that if we needed extra towels we had to request laundry detergent so that we could wash our towels. This makes no sense. If you have 8 ppl , why would we need to do laundry daily so 2 people can have a fresh towel? This wasn’t communicated until 6 hours after the original request for towels.
There seems to be a lack of urgency, lack of communication and a lot of made up rules due to laziness. We will not be staying here again and will stick to Marriott properties where extra towels aren’t an issue & they respect privacy.

They put us in building 1 which was across the street from Libby and main pool even after we explaining we had a disabled child in a wheelchair. The guy and the manager at checkin didn’t even bother looking just said no. Upon entering pique room it was musty smelling. The main bed and pull out sofa mattresses springs were sticking out on both. Mattress pads didn’t fit. Would not stay here again

This is my 4th time at Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa. I love this place, I feel like home. The best of all is having a 24-hour amenities store with Pizza Hut, mall and Walmart nearby.

We had a nice stay and the 3 bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious. The garage was very tight to drive into and park inside. There wasn’t enough parking (inside or out). The cosmetics of the room could be updated — the tub was painted with white paint that was peeling, the couch was pretty worn out.

The man checking us in could not tell us where our room was and did not refer us to guest services as he should have, so we missed out on many discounts. The rooms were dirty. One chair was so black we could not even sit on it. The beds, pillows, and couch were uncomfortable and so worn they sagged in spots. The stove burners always showed “on”, the dishwasher did not work. There were brown drip marks on the bedroom doors. We did not even want to walk around without shoes the carpets felt like they had years of dirt build up. The 2 out of 4 remotes for the tvs either did not have batteries or work at all. The pools were filthy and were not often cleaned. I would not recommend this property

Very nice location for a family get away.

Our family booked a 3BR-3Bath Room. We stayed at Building 1 (maybe the oldest building), the room design layout was good. Furniture/carpet were old. The marble floors in the bathrooms were new. We liked the private toilet rooms. The bathroom and exhausted fans built-in together. Somehow the exhausted fans (all three) in our room made loud noise just like a train running every time we turned on the light. This is the Worst part of our stay. The king bed I got in one room is old and I can feel the coils under my back. We tried the laundry our clothes. The washer works fine, but the dryer was not heat up to dry the wet clothes.
I believed these room would need an upgrade (furniture, matress, carpet, exhausted fans, TV size)

Extremely dated and felt dirty. Pool was full of dead insects and it feels like it hadn’t had a makeover since 1985. Plus sides the bed was comfortable, an appropriate price for what you get and convenient for the parks if you have a car.

I stood last yr pool side was very clean. This year picked pool side but the room was way smaller and theres was so many hives at the patio couldn't enjoy the patio on building 3 its the size of a dogde ball and people that weren't staying at the resort can park there car and use the pool which i was annoyed and yet paid more. The pool is nice, the tanning area is nice and relaxing, the staff was very nice and the me and my mom enjoyed the arcade.

This place is very old. Furniture in rooms is old and dirty, this includes chairs, bedding, towels, pillows, & mattress’s. They charge you $10 for a refill of toilet tissue. Liqueur at the pool is watered down and they have no real hot food. Just burgers and hot dogs. Unacceptable for the price they charge. Don’t come in late you may not find parking. Pool was clean but jacuzzi needs to be updated. They never told us they had coffee in the lobby. Bring your own food & garbage bags. Air conditioning kept turning off I guess if you use the dirty washing machine in room it trips and ac won’t work.

The carpets in the room were filthy and the room overall was outdated. There was no cold water in the 2nd bathroom, water was scorching hot so it forced everyone to shower in master bathroom until maintenance arrived. Also, if you want extra towels there is a $10 fee to exchange, no extra towels are provided. Pool was nice but the poolside restaurant only has 3 options on the menu and no outside food is allowed. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Absolutely horrible place. I will never stay again or recommend. Tool the staff 5 hours to send me toilet tissue after calling 3 times and then having to go to the front desk to ask again. The rooms are very old looking, furniture falling apart and appliances don’t function properly, if at all. The toilets overflow and well just a terrible stay.

Overall stay was well. Staff is really nice . I read reviews prior that said the rooms needed upgraded and I agree. However that didn’t take away from my stay. Good for the family . Pools are really nice . Close to lots of places and shopping and restaurants. I had some minor maintenance issues and maintenance was there within ten minutes. Explained some room issues and the staff let me check out late for the inconvenience. The night manager on Saturday was really nice started with a V… I can’t remember. It

Checking in and out was fast the rooms are very cleaning and extremely spacious my family enjoyed the pool area. The only thing was parking spots were a little tight to park but overall we loved it and will be booking in the future
