People acting a bit suspicious in the parking lot in the evening. The housekeeper came in an hour early before check out knocked on the door and before I got a chance to put my clothes on and answer the door she opened it. I had to push the door to keep her out.

Okay, but could use a good scrubbing. Reserved a queen bed but is was a double, and it sagged in the middle.

The hotel needs a real renovations. Its not worth the price paid off.

I didn’t stay there, I canceled my reservation and the guy who was there said they can’t refund my full payment, he will refund one day payment instead of two days and I have not received any payment

Ambiance

Needed a hotel to stay at the night before knee replacement surgery so all the preoperative things could be done. We were not local residents, hence the hotel. The bathroom was terrible! Sink looked like it was ready to fall off wall, chunk of plaster missing from handicap shower wall, holders for shower head broken causing water to flood bathroom floor and one of the beds was upside-down and had to sleep on the springs! Not a great way to prepare for surgery!!

The room was clean however the carpet was dirty and the breakfast was the same thing every day very unhealthy. The staff however was excellent which was the only good thing. The vending machine on the floor didn't work.

The check in was ok. The room also was ok as long as you kept your shoes on. The carpet was wet and sticky. Beds were clean and bathroom was clean. We booked this property because it advertised breakfast was included in its amenities. What it doesn’t say is that they only give you 1 breakfast/room. The reservation clearly says 3 adults but they would only give us 1 breakfast voucher. There is a person in the breakfast room collecting vouchers and would only allow 1 of us in. They don’t allow you to take food to go and coffee is in the breakfast room. So we couldn’t even get coffee. They clearly mis-advertise this amenity and Expedia should warn people. I feel they deceived us purposefully and do not recommend this property.

Arrived and had to pay a $100 non-smoking deposit that I was not told about previously. The staff behind the counter was also arguing with the gentleman checking me in, making me a bit uncomfortable. The continental breakfast can only be accessed with a voucher that was supposed to be given to me at check-in, but I only received on the second day of my stay. Poor facilities and lighting that barely works, and walking around barefoot in my room led me to finding the bottoms of my feet were covered in black dirt.

Breakfast was not desirable and Breakfast staff a bit rude.

The wasn't friendly , we had to keep going to front desk to get the key card program. Because they stopped working , theywere saying we kept them too close to the phone but we didn't had 3 keys and none of them worked. I'll stay there again.

Overall it was ok. Check-in was quick. We constantly had issues with our key cards that required front desk to reprogram. The room was clean and we weren't missing anything. The toilet did leak and was constantly filling. It was a slight annoyance as we could hear the water all night. The breakfast was simple and didn't have much choices however the breakfast employee was extremely nice and helpful.

The beds are old and like a sink and always smell as cigarette in the 2 rooms i stay

First off, i ended up in a suite away from the main hotel so I felt kinda unsafe being in the suites seperate from the hotel. When i got into the room, the room was ok, and mostly expected outside of not having a minifridge. I had to chill my waters for the weekend in an insulated bag with ice all weekend. The breakfast was pretty bare bones though again, expected for the price.

Had a dead bug on the floor, dirt on the ceiling, crumbs on the floor, but it at least seems like they wash the sheets. You definitely get what you pay for at $100.

I like everything very spacious rooms but you couldn’t enjoy breakfast the lady was telling everyone there to eat fast that she needs to clean even 40 min before kitchen was closed When I go on vacation is to enjoy not to be treated like that we really liked everything else nice place

Stay was fine, but Breakfast needs to be improved.. Hardly anything for breakfast options..

It was ok I was out most of the time with friends and love.
