It was AWESOME! And I loved our room. I just wished the hot tub was working. My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary! And it would have been nice if it was working. None the less, overall it was very clean and we slept comfortably.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Also the location is great, you are 2 mins away from the historic district but right in the main avenue in case you are going somewhere else.

It's about time for the hotel to do a refresh. If they do a refresh, they should do something about the walls. You can hear everything from the next rooms. Unfortunately, in our case one of our neighbors thought that they should play music until 3:00 in the morning.

Chelsea is great with a friendly smile. The lobby is inviting and very clean. The room was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. Will stay again!

Floor tiles in the bathroom were broken & wobbly, 1 in front of the sink, and 1 in front of the tub. The tub water faucet would not stop dripping. The morning manager was grumpy and unfriendly. The only rolling cart has an issue with the wheels so it was very difficult for us to navigate / push it where we needed it to go.
Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. But there is no coffee available in the lobby after breakfast is done. And the water fountain on the first floor is completely unfuctional. The desk staff offered to sell us bottled water, and then offered it at no charge after we complained.

I was unable to check in because nobody was at the desk for several hours and they did not answer the phone when I called multiple times. There was a sign to have some coffee and they’d be right back. I ended up getting a room at another hotel because it was impossible to check in

The company did not provide a receipt for me. They said since I booked via Expedia, I need to get receipt from them. I've booked hotels for years through expedia and this was the first time a hotel did not provide a receipt.
Soes not change my experience overall for the stay. It was peaceful, quiet, felt safe and comfortable.

This fit the bill perfectly for our trip to Granbury for the Candlelight Tour. Price was right and it was very convenient to get into downtown.

Walls were kind of thin, can hear noises from next room.
There was some kind of loud rattle on the side of the building by the area where you can walk your dog. Not sure if it was the heater/air conditioner unit or some kind of electrical unit. Thankfully, i could not hear it from my room but the banging did scare my dog.
The check in was very smooth and the front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. The half pillows were not great but for some reason most hotels have the small pillows now. They really are not very supportive for adult size heads.

We traveled to town for a football game in Stephenville and it was perfect for a night. The beds were comfy, room was clean and we had a pretty good night’s sleep! Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to food options and felt very safe.

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always had a great experience. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly the pool and hot tub are well kept.

The shower head needed replacing. Very bad leak where shower head screws into the pipe.

The fold out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting. Huge stains of whatever. We had to put a thick mattress cover over it for my son to sleep on it. The night shift person was very accomodatiing and gave us the cover as well as attempting to find another suitable room. I did not want to sleep under the covers. Nice looking hotel. Needs some serious cleaning and oversite. It was 250.00 per night.
