Great location to the port and great restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious for the cost.

Room were okay and beds are comfortable to sleep. Guest service wasn’t available around 2:30am when I tried to purchase some bottled water, there were a couple also waited and didn’t get a chance to buy since no one was there. Waited about 20 minutes and not sure how long the person been away from the desk before I showed up.

We always stay here pre-cruise. They are greats to work with. We do a one way car rental from MCO and drop off at the rental place on the same block as hotel and take shuttle. It works great for us.

It was a one night stay after coming back from our cruise. Very nice accommodations. The only drawback was the customer service. The daytime staff is much more friendlier than the night time staff.

The room was clean, pleanty of hot water, comfortable mattress, good brakfast. There was an annoying green light that flashed through the evening. My husband thought it might be a router.

One night stay before cruise the next day. Pleasant enough. Breakfast was on throw away plates but was actually lovely and coffee was great. Paid $25 deposit on check in but still haven’t been reimbursed, will have to chase that up as it’s been near 2 weeks.

The sad thing was the hot tub was broken.

It was a clean hotel. The breakfast was what I would consider normal. The biggest issues were that the water never reached above lukewarm, and the A/C was extremely loud. Overall, it would probably work for someone who doesn't mind either issue as it is clean place to stay. We prefer daily housekeeping, and they were accomodating.

As I drove on the property I felt the hospitality also when I enter the building it inviting .Savannah the clerk had the biggest smile and was so professional in assistance me and my family .The breakfast was very good.

Stayed for a night before the cruise. Quick check in and clean rooms. In walking distance to a number of restaurants and easy access to Melbourne airport. We used the shuttle to get to the cruise. A bit more expensive and less convenient than using Uber but it was fine

We booked this hotel for the hot tub. The waterfall was off and so we the jets. It was broken. When I went to the front desk, she chuckled and said it is a"spa" not a "hot" tub.
They had warm small pool that they called aspa

Shower curtain wouldn't stay shut, toilet paper paper holder wasn't installed correctly so the roll wouldn't stay on. None of this really impacted our stay however. The price was great

There was a lot of construction around the hotel. It felt run- down. The room was comfortable but it was definitely muggy - which is Florida - but the room felt musty. It was fine for just the one night.

Room was nice sized. Air conditioner was extremely loud when running but worked well. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. I would have been just as well off sleeping on the floor. Lots of construction going on around the hotel at the time. No hot water in the shower and the shower drain would not stay up so the tub kept filling up.

Clean, quiet hotel to stay before our cruise. Nothing extra ordinary but it was good for our family to sleep a night. Breakfast was disappointing with very limited options but it was free.

The staff is great! So friendly and informative! I would highly recommend since families will be staying there you make the sleeper sofa a lot more comfortable. We slept on the worse mattress, it was old, stained and ripped from use..I guess. And the air conditioning was horrible. It was only for a night so we didn't complain much just happy to leave. But the staff was nothing short of amazing!

Overall it was an average stay. The beds were not the greatest, the hall smelt like *green* smoke, but the pool was great and the staff was very nice.
