The hotel is very clean, amenities are a sofa, water and the service was great, the person who greeted me was very nice, the boss boy was very attentive

Not so good. Room was very small without an outside winsow.
Wood waa worn out and a wall in the bathroom was molded. Bes wasn't comfortable and there was a hand towel not well washed.

Our stay was very enjoyable, (two adults and two kids) rooms are clean, the staff are very helpful and will help you with all your needs, their is lots of dining options and many things to do.

The place was located in town square. Next to the Cathedral. Not going to lie, it was loud during the night. But it was expected given the proximity to the main town square. It had this small balcony, you can open the doors and peak over the busy charming street. Something out of a movie. For the age of the building, it holds its own. Parking is right next to the hotel. Little tricky to get in and out. Overall, we won’t mind booking the place again in the future.

The street sides of the hotel are pretty loud. We stayed on a Saturday night and things didn’t calm down until 430 in the morning- being that we were right above the entrance to the hotel, it was fairly loud. If you’re a light sleeper might ask to be placed on the back side of the hotel- it was a fun stay though, cool hotel and the area around was amazing.

The advertising was great, but I got surprise when I arrive at the hotel. The linens were too old and dirty.

The cleanliness and service was amazing. Only thing was if you get the balcony views be prepared to hear everything.

Hotel mission is great if you want to visit downtown Morelia and enjoy great food in the many restaurants around the hotel. The place is safe and quiet

There were stains on the bed cover, pillows, and headboard. The lady who checked us in was a bit passive aggressive. The room she ended up assigning me didn’t have elevator access.

This hotel is a pleasant hotel, comfortable beds. The only this I really dont like is there strict adherence to not being able to check in prior 3pm. Showers had great pressure, but would oscillate from cold, to very hot...Over all, a comfortable and convenient hotel for tourist type activities. Lots of transportation options near by.
