Treatment from staff was horribleme and my family were treated Dorthy Dandridge my babies were disappointed and I was and am still disappointed.

The water park closed to early each evening.

Had a blast. Would love to return soon but it is a little pricey. Not just the room but everything else is a little costly but otherwise had an absolute fantastic time

My son was hit by other person and the manger was very helpful....the staff in the game area were very rude and not very helpful. Staff didnt informed us before we got there that its extra 300 for the stay and 15 a day for parking....

The room size, cleanliness and proximity to tennis center were great!

Everything is old and outdated. Arcade barely worked. The magic wands were super expensive and didn’t work. The carpet is real dirty. Rooms are outdated

I love it. Everyone in the staff were friendly and professional. The room was Clean and beautifull. My husband like the text that he received in the First night about anything thst we need he can text. When he did it to request Clean towels the response was so fast thst he was amazed. Thank you so much for 5 days vacation. It was the best.

We were staying at the hotel as a couple because it was close to the Cincinnati Open (Tennis). We did not have high expectations but even so it was worse than we expected. Albeit extra friendly, the staff members lack knowledge in most areas. They did not know how to add our HHonors number to the reservation; they did not know why the hotel could not process our credit card charges (even though it showed up on our credit card bill). They did not explain at check-in that the guest has to request that the room be cleaned and the process for that to occur. When we did request it, it did not occur, so we came back to an unclean room at the end of the day even though we'd requested that the room be cleaned. The food in the main cafeteria for breakfast was possibly the worst Ive had in several years (although the staff is friendly). The hotel feels like it's filed for bankruptcy. There were popcorn crumbs in one of the halls that stayed there for 2 whole days! We did meet some folks with kids who seemed to be enjoying themselves, so perhaps if primarily visiting it for the water park, that may be good but keep very low expectations for everything else.

The pool had bandaids everywhere. Even on the second day we came to the pool it wasn't cleaned because all the bandaids and everything was laying around. Also so many hidden charges when you check in

The room was good but there were gnats around the microwave. I think you should get more comfortable pillows. They were horrible.

Great location with a nice Waterpark. Right next to the amusement park.

Amazing trip. Can't wait for the next trip

My family stayed at great wolf for Grandma camp. We stay at great wolf every year. I noticed this year, the cleanliness has gone down hill.

Good time.

We loved the fantastic service. From check in until the end. Children had a blast.

We spent over 4 hours dealing with badging we had to return to the desk 3 times to get our badges to work correctly so we could open our room and get into the pool. This time was also spent correcting a billing error as well. We only were there for one night for our granddaughters birthday which we hosted for her and her friends so I didn’t get to truly enjoy the stay fully.

The check in was easy, but they didnt mention the paw pass..which we learned about later so we spent way more on mini golf, bowling ect. Many of the magick wand search attractions were out of order. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the ease of charging back to the room was great as well.

We booked two wolf den rooms for family trip to Kings Island. Although the price seems high (and it is no chump change), the Wolf Den comes with 6 water park passes plus the large room. When viewed in this context, it is not a bad deal at all. This place is very clean and well-maintained. Jill at the front desk was absolutely awesome. She helped get our rooms close, even though I forgot to request at booking. Although a lot of drinking was taking place, I never saw anyone get out of hand or rowdy. Everyone was just having a great time. Security was well present, but never overbearing. They do not nanny you to death, but we felt completely safe. As with any resort, everything is expensive on site, so I recommend taking a short drive to the local store if you need something. Water slides are remarkably fun for an indoor park, and the outdoor section was a very nice oasis in the sun. The only small complaints I continue to have is with the extremely rude gesture of asking for tips for everything single thing. I bought a $5 bottle of Mt. Dew and it asked how much I wanted to tip the guy who sat and watched me do all the work. This is not okay, and it is incredibly rude. Once again: Tips are for going above and beyond your normal job. Sit down restaurants, putting extra love into a coffee drink, cleaning up after me, etc. But you do not ask for a tip for a convenient store purchase. Otherwise, great property. and pizza restaurant is highly recommended.

We had fun in the pool areas and the wizard games. Pizza wasn’t bad at all… I wish they had more seating areas.

The family had a great time. More for smaller kids. Wish there was a swimming area for adults

The stay was ok. Room wasn’t sound proof, can hear loud footsteps on rooms on above. Had to pay for parking but the water parks were good.
