How close it is to Kings Island

The rooms do not match the images provided on the website. Needs more lighting and an all over update. Bathroom floor was dirty. Commode didn't work properly and bedding was rough

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient both for check in and check out.

It was very outdated. There was “stuff” on the walls in the room. There was no stopper for the tub, and I had specifically requested a tub. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed was hard as a board, so I didn’t get much sleep.

There was drug paraphernalia in our room. Traveling with children thankfully we (parents) found it before our kids did. Staff refused to let me see a supervisor and refused us a refund.

Non-smoking room smoked like smoke the couple next to our room was fighting and yelling and cussing all night our kids heard everything told the front desk guy all he did was tell them to quiet down and nothing else barely slept all night. Pool needs repainted can feel the paint chips at the bottom

Close to our conference and half the price of the overnight rooms at the conference location.

when I booked I was paying when I got there I received a phone call stating I need to pay now or I my room would be cancelled I’ve stayed on this property a lot I was driving from Georgia to Ohio I didn’t appreciate this I would have called an cancelled myself

the breakfast was awfull they had biscuts and canned gravy with cereal. the also had juice and coffee with hard boiled eggs. the worst part if you took anything to your room they would charge an additional 50$
