Very convenient to the highway & 5-8 minutes from downtown Bentonville.

It was a good stay, but I gave it 4 stars because I picked this hotel based on the fact it had a hot tub. I was in the area to do a workout, and looking forward to the hot tub afterwards. The hot tub was out of order, so I couldn't use it. That was disappointing. I would have picked a different place if I would have known. Nothing on their website indicated otherwise.

Some road noise from the highway, but not too bad. The room was spacious and I was impressed by the full size fridge in the room. But it could've used some hangers in the closets (two closets!) and towel racks in the bathroom. But otherwise, nice and convenient to places we were visiting nearby.

No fan in bathroom.tub in handicap room with no “non slip” areas on tub floor. Only ONE elevator with four floors????!!!?? Ridiculous! Door key didn’t work on second day requiring a visit BACK down to the desk for a new key. Very frustrating!

A well designed room. Especially for those who want a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. But it is starting to show its age via wear and tear, e.g. worn and chipped floor tile. But a location convenient to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges at a moderate price.

Room smelled very musty. I bought a scented candle to mask the smell. The room had a kitchen but there was not a single plate, bowl, silverware or anything else to use in the kitchen. The hot tub was also out of order.

The hot tub has been down for a year (since the flood) with no plans to get it fixed. Please update the amenities to reflect that.
We had an issue with the TV, but the staff was able to replace it same day. Spacious rooms and excellent staff!

I would give an average to less than average review. The staff was not helpful even asking for directions and or a cab. Also the room the housekeeping didn't re stick toilet paper and or take the garbage out of the room.
Also they should lock up with local transportation to and from Crystal Bridges and ow downtown.

Always very accomodating and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. The building is quiet and peaceful. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is far above average. Great place!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, it was showing some deferred maintenance...some of the flooring in the elevator had come loose and was being partially held down by worn tape. One of the hand rails in the elevator was missing. A floor dryer/blower was running full blast the whole time we were there (next to an out of service ice machine). The hot tub was broken.

Bentonville Comfort Inn and Suites is average and what’s expected from a Comfort Inn. During my stay (July, 2024), there was only one working elevator and the ice machine on my floor was inoperable. The breakfast area was small, but as expected. The room was acceptable, comfortable, and clean. Parking, location, & and friendliness of staff was great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good. It has quite an assortment with eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, and fried potatoes. We had a good experience and recommend this stay to others. The location was great for us too. We were close to restaurants and Walmart and were in town for a family reunion and was close to it as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in, breakfast attendant and check-out. The hotel was very spacious and was cozy. The only things I saw wrong was there was some mold and mildew in the shower, which made me wonder the last time it was cleaned. There was a clear path of dirt and dust when the bathroom door was closed, because the floors are not being cleaned in there. There was also dead bugs in the bathroom sconces. These are small things, but I expected better based off of the reviews. Hopefully the issues will be addressed, because overall it is a great hotel.

Hotel is very old and smelled old as soon as I walked in. Everything in the lobby had an out of order sign on it. Staff was not welcoming. Room had a musty smell and square pillows. I suggest you remove this hotel as an option.

There w were large great spots on the headboards, a dark splatter of substance on the lamp and lamp shade, and the hot tub was down - looked to have been for a long time. Staff was overly rude, had their toddler daughter with her behind the counter running around barefoot with nobody to take care if her by the mom that was working, took requests to get towels, and housekeeping was unprofessional.

We planned to stay for 3 nights, but the first night there was a tornado touchdown close by and the hotel and most of the town lost power. The staff was wonderful about cutting our trip short because of the lack of power. We relocated to a hotel in Fayetteville.

The hot tub was out of service. Our sink was stopped up and no one came to fix it. Pink mold in the shower. Poor monitoring of the breakfast room. Tables dirty and sticky. Ran out of pancake mix. I would not stay here again!
