Horrible property. Extremely dirty and not so smart staff. I would stay anywhere but here.

Could not totally understand attendant.
Construction areas not cleaned up, baseboard trim missing, dust and screws on floor, and staircase entry partially blocked by construction. Two stray pillowcases lying on a bed and one towel left hanging over the shower curtain. Parking lot dark/sketchy. Did not feel safe, glad I did not bring children and afraid to go to exercise room alone! So unlike HI in the past. Super disappointed, and had I not come in late (and tired) from a church event, I would have searched elsewhere! But-there was no smells so, we were able to stay. Bed was perfect!

The elevators were filthy. They are working on things, but they did not clean up for two days in the elevators or hallways. I stay at Holiday Inn express a lot. In fact the last three weekends I have I asked for a late check out 2 o’clock is the latest they allowed which I understand, but I needed another hour and they refused.

I’m working in Frisco, I’m a nurse that lives 164 round trip from my job so to break it up I spent 2 nights at this hotel which is only 5min from my job😃 it was a great 2 nights. I’ll be working in Frisco most of October so will be booking every week at least 2 nights👍

There was garbage behind the night stand and the bed. The room was not cleaned properly and the bed sheets had stains on them. Informed the front desk and all they did was bring fresh towels.

The place wasn’t very clean. Floor was very dirty, not vacuumed. When we went to go to bed for the night pulled our blankets back for the night and the bed was full of red hair neither of us had red hair. This hotel does not have ur heavy, nice and quiet hotel doors it has loud steel doors that slam shut everytime someone walks in or out of them so that is what u heard all night long was doors slamming really loud all night long. For it to be a Holiday Day Inn Express Way I was totally surprised because they are normally ur nicer hotels.

Please stay away from this property if you can. We were looking for options for an overnight stay and the price attracted us, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The carpets in the rooms were sticky and the room as well as the hotel in general had a moldy smell and weird smell as though it had not been deep cleaned in a while. The bedsheets and comforter sets need to be burned and the owner should really invest in getting new sets, as they had a weird smell to them as well. Overall, if you are on a budget and just need a place to lie down for a while, braving the moldy smell, go for it. Or else, avoid this place like a plague.

Hotel was hot. The floors were sticky and numerous fans in random places trying to cool the building. Outside area and hallways are poorly lit. Staff was very nice.

Reservation was for 1 room with 2 queen beds. The room had 1 king bed and the hotel staff said too bad. Thats all they had. I refused to stay when the staff didn't care whether I did or not.

I had a disappointing stay at the Holiday Inn in Frisco, Texas. Unfortunately, my room fell short of my cleanliness expectations, with noticeable stains on the sheets and minor tears also on the sheets.The overall cleanliness can be set as three star if any.While most of the staff were friendly and attentive, one employee at the front desk seemed preoccupied with the cash register and didn't acknowledge patrons walking by with a simple Good Morning. Perhaps I'm just too old and expect more from a >$100 Hotel rooms.Motel 6 came to mind after my stay.

Smelled like vomit by the elevators when checked in. Still smelled that way at check out. Internet outage- not hotel fault but they could’ve communicated the issue to its guests. Was very dirty around the TV and found a q tip that wasn’t mine.

The hotel was an average Holiday Inn. Wasn't super clean, definitely an older location. The lock on the door was a little wonky and the bathtub had some stains, just normal stuff you'd expect for an older hotel. But overall the staff were friendly and it served it's purpose for the night.

This hotel is in nice and quiet location and is yet very close to a lot of shopping and dining options and is also within walking distance of shopping malls. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Stayed here before 2 other times. Room had a table or bench where we could lay our luggage and things. This time around we had to put our items on the floor and I prefer not doing that. The doors are dark but you can see they need polished/wiped down due to seeing hand marks or grease stains. One bed has a stain on the sheets at the top. Lastly the floor was not vacuumed. There was hard piece of chicken and small bits of things on the floor. I would come back but I know next time I’ll make sure that I’m placed in a cleaner room. I can tell the staff really try’s to handle their business.

The bedding in the room had stains. Water pressure in the room was low. Dim lighting throughout the hotel. Elevator was filthy. Breakfast was horrible and food was very slow coming out once out.

2nd time we stayed here. First time was last March. There’s always been a commotion of some sort. Some guests were noisy during sleeping hours.
Our recent 3 night stay, we had some bed bug bites. Upon check out, we told the front desk about it and showed her the rashes. Classic reply was, I’ll let the housekeeper know. Not even sympathetic, no customer service at all. You can’t pay for a place to stay just to be bitten by bedbugs. Will never stay here again. Also during thia stay, some guests were noisy again on the same floor. I guess this hotel is a noise magnet as well.

Great bargain for the price. Room was clean. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good and a pretty good one with options and a nice dining area. The elevator was a little rickety. Beds were comfy and soft.

It was a great location for the event we were attending at the Star. There were good breakfast options. On the downside: We had a gift left for us that we had to ask for a day later that we should have gotten when we checked in. And there was no way to get the ironing board down off its holder - the shelves in the closet were installed over the holder with the ironing board already on it. The closet door was difficult to open because the new carpet was thicker than the old carpet.

Entering the hotel there was a strong smell of disinfectant. Very off putting. Entering the room the smell was still heavily present. The linens on both beds were dirty. One had specs of blood and what appeared as smeared feces. We immediately returned to the front desk to get a new room. The second room appeared cleaner; however, we chose to leave about two hours into our stay. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express before. This was the first disappointing visit.

Dirty towels left in the bathroom. Called down for replacement towels. Never delivered. Had to go down and get them after 2 hours. Previous guests left their car keys in the room. Had fallen on the floor. Found when checking in the room.
Bed and pillows super comfortable. The carpet felt sticky so a little gross.
