Very nice hotel within 5 minutes walking to the old town. Staff was great and the room was clean and modern. Their parking lot was full but there was parking literally across the street so it worked out well.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and tidy. Cute little balcony and ideally located to stroll into the main centre. We managed to find a free parking spot right outside the hotel too. Good reception staff who spoke English. Would definitely recommend. No complaints at all.

This is a basic hotel with reasonable walk to Vannes center. Rooms are fairly small and quite basic, yet fairly fresh. Reception staff was friendly. Breakfast is quite basic. Good garage with good size parking spots.

Room on two floors, everything was clean, we had a balcony and space enough, as we were three. Staff was kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The gentleman at reception was charming. The room small, but clean, comfortable and functional. Easy walking distance to the centre.

GREAT HOTEL IN AN IDEAL TOWN CENTRE LOCATION CLOSE TO SHOPS AND THE SITES

An overall disappointing stay. We were told on arrival that there was no space left for our car in the hotel car park. Then when we entered the bedroom, the aircon wasn't working, and all the air grids were very dusty. As well as the lamps in the room. We has to ask the hotel to clean the room again. And finally, we paid for everything on the night in order to do a quick check-out in the morning, and the lady still made us wait.

Reception area looked nice and bright but the rooms could do with updating ! 5 mins walk to the old town

Our room was degraded from Superior to standard without prior knowledge, no apologies. Room was tiny. Balcony was too small to sit on. English was barely spoken by receptionist.

The Hotel was clean and modern. Unfortunately the covid situation made the Breakfast hit and miss, and not worth the money. Well situated for the city centre.

Rooms aren't very spacious and we got a noisy one when the hotel was looking empty. We could have been allocated a much quieter one!

Accommodating staff, parking in garage under hotel easy to access, elevator, air conditioning. Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Hotel is a 15–20 minute walk from the old town of Vannes. Choice of Express or full breakfast with a surcharge.

Good position for a walk in to town, very clean and smart with good secure underground parking under the hotel with big spaces, tight entrance but plenty of room inside. (9.5€ per night) Beds are very comfortable. on the whole very good. Very Quiet

Very helpful pleasant and welcoming staf. Room was very good indeed ,spacious enough for a couple and medium to Largs sized dog. Bed exceedingly comfortable. Towelling robes and slippers included in the very reasonable price. Also glasses provided ,not plastic beakers.Conveniently situated for exploring the city although quite noisy due to close proximity to traffic. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. We did not partake of the restaurant food so cannot comment on quality or delivery .

Upon arrival I waited at the check in desk for nearly 10 minutes at approximately 18:30. Not a member of staff in sight. When the receptionist arrived she threw her pack of cigarettes on the desk and took me through the check in process. I have never encountered such a rude hotel member of staff in all my years of travelling. Issues at check in….. Extremely rude receptionist. I had read that the Best Western Plus Centre-Ville had parking facilities for which I was happy to pay for. I was told these weren’t available and that I had to park across the road in a public car park meaning every morning I had to go straight to the car, pay for a parking ticket and display this on the dashboard. Had I known the car had to be parked in a public car park I would’ve booked a different hotel. Why weren’t we told about this and given the option of booking elsewhere? Upon our arrival we were hoping to eat dinner in the hotel. I was told that the restaurant was fully booked. Due to us having a 18 month old child with us, I asked if it would be possible if we could pay for a bowl of pasta for the baby and take it to our room. I was told the kitchen were fully booked. All I wanted was a bowl of pasta for the baby, my wife and I were prepared to fore go dinner and were just seeking some food for our baby. I was told this was not possible and was handed a map of Vannes in order for us to find a restaurant. During the whole of that evening the restaurant never got anywhere near 50% capacity

Very good hotel with a very good location, clean, comfortable and an enjoyable stay.
