Nova inn is the worst hotel to be staying at, during a family trip. The walls and doors are so thin could literally hear a women getting gang bang. I called security and they warned them.. that was it.. the front desk didnt move us to a different room and the floor we are staying on (3rd floor) smells like cigarette's. Bad, so bad. 3 doors down from our room, a hotel party happening aswell.. just an rough night in a ghetto hotel.. last time staying here!!

The evening front staff person was rude and lacked any intention in helping when our TV didn’t work other then asking me what I did to it. When asked for recommendation of places to go for dinner, she had no options to suggest, just stared at us blankly.
Room was ok and the beds were very comfortable. Good location and easy to park.

The hotel was dated. The carpet had stains, but it was clean. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and an electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioner, but there was a swap cooler that worked and provided white noise while sleeping. The swamp cooler took over the window/desk area. There was no real area to "hang out." The evening staff was much friendlier than the daytime staff. Overall, it was a convenient location, the area seemed safe, and I would stay there again. What amazes me is that any hotel would still have carpet! Vinyl flooring is much easier to clean and doesn't show stains!

Location was ideal and I was able to walk everywhere except for the planned tours. All-in-all I had a pleasant stay. Staff was responsive to others playing loud music in another room.

My stay at the hotel was great, very helpful and polite staff, quite and accessible to anything needed as the stores and restaurants are near by with a great restaurant in the hotels itself. Thank you Nova Inn

Took the third room before got one with out someone else’s luggage in it.
And even then the room was not clean, did not sleep because wouldn’t even lay in the bed.

freezing cold, bed was broken and they gave me a broken heater and had to go back and ask for another one! finally when new staff came in the switched our room

It was very noisy in the night. A lot of loud talking in the halls and doors banging. The staff were very friendly and helpful but it was not a good night.

4 nights and no housekeeping. we had to ask for towels and TP which they brought and left outside the room door. Always someone out front smoking and not necessarily someone from the hotel. Parking limited if you have a vehicle.

The building was clean, staff were polite and respectful and it was close enough to walk to shop and find restaurants and the price was great.

I didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke coming under my door on the fourth floor.

Very Limited Parking, Very poor controls over loitering at front of property. My key card cancelled every day and had to have it reprogrammed every day and the elevator routinely was U/S. I’ve stayed here many times before but do not think I’ll return after this stay.

Nova Inn is centrally located with friendly and professional staff. The room are well kept and its very quiet/peaceful. Compared to other hotels in and around the area, its quite affordable and is value for money. Highly recommended. Will be my go to hotel when I do visit YK in the future

The facilities are old, but they are well managed and clean. It is in a good location for sightseeing, such as using the airport and convenience facilities around it.
