We had a nice couple's stay at NH Tenerife. The room was clean, and we found the service great. The location seemed to be in the main tourist part of Santa Cruz, which was nice for us. Every nearby restaurant was great and didn't feel particularly "touristy" (in a good way), though that obviously could've had something to do with the timing of our visit during peak Omicron. Our room was on the top floor, which meant we were directly under the rooftop bar — it wasn't too loud, though. We rented a car for our trip and found a huge paid parking garage just on the other side of the main plaza, a short walk away. The hotel, and area, had everything we needed! Would recommend.

We loved the stay in Santa Cruz the hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was great.

Good location for eating out. Breakfast was nice, proper coffee. Using a lift to park the car was a bit steange but ok. Bathroom sink and toilet in room 204 were cracked.

Very central and close to the cruise shp, supermarket and restaurants. Located next to the square and tram service.

Not a large hotel but did not feel cramped, comfortable with good decor.

Wow! Awesome location! In the middle of all Carnaval action and activities. The front desk staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. There was security in the lobby during our stay which was really nice. We walked from the main bus station, where both airport (north & south) buses drop you off. It rained on our last day, so we caught a taxi at the stand around the corner.

The bathroom is a mess.

Hotel was located close to the oldest chirch from which Holy Week processions started and ended. Also very cliose to Plaza de España where we picked up a hop on hop off bus and toured throughout The city.

Stayed only one night. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Otherwise great hotel.

We stayed here for week, wanting to be in the capital rather than a resort. The hotel is very well located in the centre of the city. It is a modern hotel, our second floor room was comfortable with a nice shower room and effective air conditioning which we set at the coldest level. Higher level rooms might give better views but I guess are more expensive. We had breakfast in the hotel on two mornings - these were fine. However there are lots of cafes nearby that provide a cheap and more basic alternative. The hotel is on is on a quiet street so we got a good nights sleep despite being in the heart of the city (New Years Eve excluded of course - but dont miss the fireworks!).All the staff were friendly and the reception staff were especially helpful. Our room was cleaned and tidied to a very high standard each day. We had a problem with a small water leak in the plumbing system of our room on the penultimate day. After checking it, we were offered a different room for the last night, which we took. Overall, we would recommend staying here, but understand that it is not a tourist hotel complete with swimming pool and gymnasium (as far as I know) as that was not what we were looking for.

My sister and I stayed here recently and really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were good, the breakfast great, and the staff superb. Fernando at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car which he went far above and beyond to help with. He arranged everything with the car company and made sure we were alright. Extremely friendly, personal, professional and efficient. Thanks Fernando. The hotel was good, but your helpful attitude made our stay great! You deserve a raise!!!

Great place to stay right in the centre of Santa Cruz.

Great location, wonderful staff! Juan Pablo is at the front desk during the day. He helped us with our change in reservation and with all destination things to do. He made our stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife!!!

Had a great say at the hotel. Room cleaned every day to a very high standard. Food in the hotel very good and cheap, red wine not so cheap. Only one let down, whirlpool no longer there, was told got rid of the whirlpool three/four years ago.

Overall the hotel is fine for a stay. Its clean, modern, the rooms are nice and its pretty inexpensive for the quality. However, if you DON'T speak Spanish and are going to need help from hotel for anything more than checking in to your room--you are in trouble. They barely speak English (at least the two I had interactions with) it was very difficult for them to help me with navigating questions or anything else. It was very frustrating as I was driving a rental car and Santa Cruz can be difficult to navigate for the tourist in a car. If you speak Spanish this place is going to be just fine. Breakfast incredible expensive, go to a cafe next-door.
