Fantastic place with great polite staff.
A 2 minute walk to Saint Lazare station makes it accessible to everywhere.

Fun place with helpful staff but expect euro sized rooms

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair

The staff were warm and welcoming and very friendly. Sarah and Cammile were so helpful and kind. The room was small but well laid out and the view from the balcony made it idea. We will definitley return to stay again. Thank you!

Walking distance with luggage to St Lazarus train station. Staff very accommodating Lovely breakfast. Only drawback is that the rooms are extremely small.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Property is very nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to a train station with multiple lines making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again if go back.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who can all speak excellent English. The room was lovely, very clean and bed was comfortable! Would highly recommend. Hotel was about 20-30 mins walk to most big tourist attractions but there was a bus/train/metro station a few minutes away

The rooms are small, it is normal in such a central Parisian neighborhood, my only minus point is you hear everything happening in the corridors but the staff is amazing: friendly, ready to help, and very pleasant especially Sarah!

The 12 Hotel was wonderful, and my experience was incredible. The service is impeccable and extremely good and the people are really nice and helpful. I have nothing but compliments to offer for this Hotel. The view from my room was such a great surprise.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is easy to get to most places around Paris. my balcony room was clean but it was very small. Besides this, it’s a great hotel!

This property was in a great location, and we were able to walk, catch the bus, or take a short uber ride everywhere. The staff was great and provided us with everything we needed. Upon checking in the front desk staff gave us a wealth of information about where to go and what to do. The hotel was small but that's to be expected in Paris. We had or were able to get everything we needed easily. We'll definitely be staying here whenever we're able to return to Paris.

Small hotel at a great location 200m from train station Paris Saint-Lazare. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. As are the bathrooms. Breakfast is not really international, but French, as is common in Paris hotels. Restaurants are plentiful in the area and there are two groceries and a pharmacy close by. The only reason for missing a perfect score is the size of the rooms. I (1,87m) was not able to lay straight in the bed without my feet hanging out. There was also no room for a cupboard to hang clothes

Overall had a good stay at Le 12. The rooms are new and nice but MUCH smaller than they appear in photos. Great location and very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms had a hot water kettle and espresso machine, but no pods or tea which I found a bit strange. The room is very tight, but that is not uncommon in Paris. i would recommend this hotel for a shorter stay.

The rooms are way smaller than the pictures on the website. Also, I booked a room with a tour Eiffel view (according to the website) I got a room with a poor view instead. They don’t provide what they offer in the website.

The staff is incredible. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great location - block from train station and great restaurants and night life. Rooms are small but view of Eiffel Tower from the balcony cannot be beat. Stay here because of the view, location, and most important, the staff.

Lovely little hotel, centrally located near Gare Saint Lazare. The room and service were great, they even have helpful touches like umbrellas to borrow when it rains. This is a great hotel to explore Paris, as highlights like the Opera house, Galleries Lafayettes, and others are within walking distance.

We recently stayed for seven nights at the Wilson Opera. The location is ideal; it's near the Gare St.-Lazare, so it's easy to hop on the Metro, and you can take the RER to/from the airport. Many popular sites are within walking distance. The hotel is on a quiet street and is very clean and pleasant. What really made it special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It's the best hotel experience we've had in some time. We look forward to staying at the Wilson Opera again.

It was a great hotel to stay at for a few nights. Everything you needed was in walking distance (I.e metro, supermarket, restaurants, etc). The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The room is also cleaned well.

The metro station is less than a 5 minute walk, and is well connected to different areas of Paris. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. But the best part is the hotel staff - they were so helpful during our stay. We lost one of our credit cards at a restaurant during the last day in Paris. We realized that after we came back to the hotel to collect our luggage. In this hoopla, we were going to miss our train. The hotel staff were super helpful, helping us locate our credit card, and in finding alternate trains.
