The view from our room was spectacular & the hotel is very close to the lively town centre. The rooms are a little dated.

Beautiful property, with a view of Argentina , Brazil and Paraguay! The property is well kept, with a lovely pool area and restaurant/bar/lobby. Great place to start the evening with a sunset view by the pool, or to end the evening with a nightcap. Very close to downtown area with fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were a bit dated but ok - but the real gem is the property itself and the amazing location! Would definitely stay here again.

I have never experienced such attentive and accommodating staff before staying at Panoramic Grand. The restaurant staff made special accomodations gor my wife's diet without having to ask each time. I wouldn't ever expect this, but it definitely shows their level of service.
They made sure we had some breakfast and transportation for an early flight.The grounds are beautifully maintained.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was in a great location, very convenient and walkable to restaurants on the main strip. The breakfast was average and hotel was a little dated but the pool area was nice with beautiful view and sunset. Hotel staff were nice and helpful!

This property is lovely and quiet. I had the pool to myself and there was silence around me. Iguazu falls are busy so it’s nice to come back to this. This hotel is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. You get a great view of Brazil and Paraguay from the property. It’s close to the port of you want to take a boat across to Paraguay. The only criticism would be the dinning - breakfast was okay but could be better- had to pay a little extra for soggy pouched eggs. The dinner - improvement needed here too. I felt like going in the kitchen to show them what to do. The town is so close and buzzing so better to go there instead.

The Panoramic Grande Hotel was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay. The staff was very helpful in every way, especially with suggestions for dinner and taxis. We stayed on the fourth floor facing the rivers and had amazing views at sunset from our balcony. There were many places to eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, however the view of the falls is much better from the Brazilian side.

This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

We absolutely loved staying at the hotel; the room was very spacious, clean and the house keeping very prompt and friendly. Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. The view from our room was beautiful watching this amazing sunset. The pool and hot tub were big snd clean.

Really nice property in a great location. Nice setting along the river and near the bulk of the activity during the evenings...an easy 2 block walk around the corner. Rooms nicely done. Was grateful they offered me an early check-in so i could refresh and head straight to Iguazu Falls. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Had an evening flight out so i enjoyed the pool for my last afternoon and then was able to use the spa to shower prior to flying out. Really lovely, super helpful staff. They will happily arrange taxis and store luggage if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel overlooking the 3-border-point on the Igazu and Parana river. Rooms are not very big but ok size. Very good closet space. On 1 of our nights it go very warm in the room, as there seemed to be some power issues. Also, the airconitioning of the hallway can be heard very well in the room. The pool is a very nice size and kept clean. There is also a nice hottub that is actually heated. The spa area on the top floor offers even better views and is also nice and clean. Reservations are required there. We were not greatly impressed by the food and in fact we got sick on the last night, most likely from something we ate at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately we did not receive the 20% discount on food for Hotels.com Gold members, but we only noticed after we left

I reserved a deluxe king room and when checking in I was given a twin. I went back to desk and showed the staff my reservation for deluxe king and they quickly responded by showing me a correct room. Attentive. Great breakfast. Great Pool. As good a location as you can get in the area as it is convenient to walk into town. Safe.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location! The falls are an easy drive away, plus it is walkable into town and the Tres Fronteras.

We spent 3 nights at the Panoramic Grand. The staff was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile. Our favorite way to end each of our days at the falls was watching the sunset on the outdoor patio with a glass of wine. The location is right by restaurants in town and a short walk from the bus station that was convenient for seeing the falls on both sides of the river. We would love to come back and stay here during the summer season.

The folks who work here are so kind. So kind. They were nothing but helpful. The actually facility however was a bit old in some ways so that’s the only thing. Had to press the button hard and long for the toilet to flush and the hot tub had clearly has seen lots of use over the years. I’d still stay here again because it was worth the value.

A lovely hotel in the middle of a tropical forest. The amenities where a surprise, a beautiful pool, restaurant bar and spa area. The staff was exceptionally helpful with tourist information in English because our Spanish is really lacking!! I would really recommend staying here if you visit the falls

We, retired couple, stayed 5 days in a river view with balcony room. From the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, one could see 3 countries and 2 rivers. Storage was on closet shelves. Bathroom was large with a bidet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool area is wonderful and has a bar and food service. Breakfast was good and included hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. Inside was a lobby bar which served food and drinks and a more formal restaurant. We used a translate app for the Spanish language menu. Best of all was the service, which was very friendly. Everyone at the hotel greeted you with a welcoming smile. We used the hotel staff to arrange transport to the falls, Airports, Argentina, Brazil, and to Paraguay. Fabian at the desk was particularly helpful. With the present value of the US dollar, our stay was very reasonable and the hotel a great value. One minor suggestion for those whose Spanish is weak, menus in English would be a plus. We thank the staff for a wonderful 5 days.

The swimming pool is very nice. The water is clean and silky. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. the dinner and the snack bar are fair. The city is very,very poor, so the contrast between the hotel and its surronding is huge! The beds were okay.

We are there several times and everything we ordered was great. We had massages and facials at the spa and were very relaxed. Would love to stay here again
