It’s was nice

We got in late and put our stuff in the room and left. When we came bacme we noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working. We let the front desk know and they said they had no available rooms for us to change to. We told them we wanted out money back because we had twin infants and we couldnt let them get too hot. The front desk said he couldnt just refund us so we could go somewhere else as he said we would have to wait for days for a refund. Nothing could be done after midnight. We were forced to stay with the promise from the front desk that we would be put into another room. My son got so overheated that the next morning I had a seven year old vomiting all over the bed as we were trying to get him to the bathroom. We were told by front desk to pack up all of our stuff and when we came back from our event we would have a new room ready for us. We called to check before heading back and the front desk lady didnt seem to know what was going on all she said was the ac had been fixed. I told her we were promised a new room and she said she couldnt give us one. THE AC WAS NOT FIXED AND WE HAD TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT WITH BABIES IN A ROOM WITH NO AC. It would turn on and then shut right off. We tried everything to make it work. I will be contacting corporate and making a Tik Tok about this weekend. Our room was not cleaned like she said and when we asked for extra pillows and blankets because they did not look clean, we were given two pillows and pillow case. The next morning..

The ladies at the front desk made everything great at this hotel. The room was extremely nice and comfortable. This will definitely be my hotel for the Mansfield area. Additionally, we had family members in two other rooms and they were totally satisfied.

Employees were all very nice and helpful. Electricity went out after a storm passed, it would have been nice to have a generator to kick in and at least cool the rooms. Fans would have been great!

Was disappointed in our air-condition did not work well. Bed had a big foam on it and it was not comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst I have had. We had a king room with a jacuzzi tub,

we stayed for 1 night and the hotel was good but i had to give my card for the charge they make and then supposingly just put on hold and you get it back but mine did not just go back i have charges on my card from the next day whe we were far away alraedy. so my card info was stolen and i am not happy about that.

Exactly as advertised. Nothing special, but it doesn’t pretend to be. I’ve stayed here before. It’s better, under new management. I’ll likely stay here again.

We arrived to the hotel and they did not have our reservation in the system, despite me have a confirmation number. We left the hotel, due to not having a room and stayed elsewhere

Furniture needs modernizing ….

I had booked and payed this hotel for one night and when I arrived to check in the front desk guy did not allow us to stay the night because it was already pass check in time. We drove from 6 hours away and we had to look for another hotel it was very stressful and in humane!

The room had this disgusting trash-like smell that just never went away no matter how much we sprayed. Even the desk attendant came to spray something and it did not work. They even mixed our rooms up and double booked our room which was eventually sorted out

The mattress was old and used up. No support. It had a mattress topper to try and cover up the squeaky springs. The room was picked up, but a bit dirty (we found a used washcloth on the windowsill). Overall the hotel seemed worn out.

I spoke with the front desk regarding the bedding, which was very uncomfortable. There was a mattress pad which helped a little but the mattress was very worn out. Looks like some of the padding had been ripped. The linen being very dingy and horrible smell of weed.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was indoor and perfect for my grandson.

The tv had no channels too old to stream to. Load music played untill 11 pm and nothing was done about it. My room wasnt ready when i got there and was down graded to a room that was ready. Wont stay at a laquinta again

My sheets were bad the night we got in and was told I should have told them right away. They did fix the problem until after the 3rd complaint

I stayed here a total of 6 nights and I’m still here . Everything seemed ok except for animal smell . But our last two night our ac hasn’t been working and someone across from us was smoking marijuana. It was so bad that we had to put towel at the bottom of our door . Front desk acted like they didn’t care at all . The ac is a big issue because my daughters are here . I believe that I should be refunded for the past two nights, or given a free night because of the major inconvenience. Horrible experience!
