Not your typical La Quinta! The rooms all are housed inside, which is much safer! WAY nicer than a lot of chain hotels. I highly recommend!

All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Property seemed clean. The entire property just needs to be renovated.

I was looking for a place to sleep that accepted my dog as I was passing through town. This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were super helpful in my contacts with them, which made the experience much easier. Other than that, nothing really stood out as great or terrible, which was perfect for my needs.

The people working at the front were happy & more than accommodating. However, i saw multiple large dead roaches, 1 in our room! Upon arriving, the 1st room we were assigned wasn't cleaned, so they upgraded us. The upgraded room was large, but it seems like the entire hotel needs a complete overhaul. And I have 4 million google reviews. I figured sometimes u can find something decent that doesn't have the "fabulous" rating on hotels.com. Made an error this time. If ur going to Biloxi for a vacay, this place doesn't fit the profile. I felt like Al Bundy 3 states away with my family....lol. My step daughter asked what was up with the towels bc they were stained up sorta bad. Dont trust the photos you see, stray cats and folks drinking beer in the parking lot.

Check in and out was quick. The only issue was the a/c. It cooled but not like it should have. It was a lil uncomfortable but then again it was cool at night cause it was overcast. Will stay here again.

Rooms full of dog hair

The room we got first had a leaky ac unit that did not cool the entire room. Had to switch rooms. The elevator was not working. The ac was sketchy throughout the entire building. Do not recommend this hotel.

The elevator was out and had been broken for a while according to other patrons. Very inconvenient

How friendly the staff is! LOVED

If i could have stayed elsewhere, i would have. The elevator wasn't working. Didn't find out until check in. It stanked, smelled like wet dogs. Some of the lights didnt work, bathroom sink didnt have stopper and bedroom door didnt shut completely. Again, this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The pull out matress was dirty and had a dead/ dried up bug on it.

Old, run down, lobby smells horrible, elevator was broken and the stairs are not handicap accessible.

Great one night trip on way to see family. Front desk coming and going were amazing! They truly cared for my well-being.

Blood was on sheets. I reported it to the staff and she was devastated to hear it. She gave me some clean lining. The fridge had old food in it also.

The stay was a little unbearable, the air was out, the elevator was down.

Room smelt like a mix of mildew and mold, Maybe coming from A/C as well. Hardly could breathe but since the sleep was less than 12 hours I did not complain or asked to be move. I stay at La Quinta in many states and this by far was the worst not to mention the dog convention I guess cause dogs were everywhere barking all morning, I guess its owners had left them behind.

First..the staff was friendly, and for the most part professional. However the property itself gives a rundown appearance, not what I expected of a La Quinta property….lobby furniture appeared beat up and cheap….air on the second floor was not working properly…in my room and in several areas I passed through, preservation looked more like cover up…rust bleeding through already. It actually gives the appearance of lowest bidder work. Outside the property, feral cats are everywhere, and someone at the property is feeding them…food is just past the front door. They walk through the bars around the pool (which is filthy) and live in the unkempt landscape. I’ve stayed with LaQuinta from North Carolina to California…and at this property twice, it is sub par, and needs corporate attention!! Staff, and proximity to my events are/were its saving grace. I don’t think I’ll visit again!!

I've stayed here several times over several years. It's not fancy but it's generally sufficient for my needs and budget. This time the room had a marked odor. It was a mixture of mildew, pine scented cleaner and, maybe, weed. The facilities appeared clean and tidy. The staff is friendly.

The pool was great

Was clean, friendly staff, amazingly hot breakfast, the pool was even open for a night dip! Beds were great and comfy AND clean! And I loved the fact that they had availability when nobody else did, they saved the day! Thank you La Quinta!

Have stayed here in past and have had no issues or major concerns, it was convenient to my needs.

Staff was professional efficient and friendly

Overall, the stay was good and location great for what we were doing. Breakfast was cold and lacked variety. Exact same thing everyday, but scrambled eggs cold are not good no matter how rhey are fixed. Breakfast host was friendly. Our room was by the elevator and very noisy. Not sure what the pet policy is but a dog jumped on us in the elevator and scratched us as we were leaving.
