The man at the front desk did not speak and understand English well. Very hard to communicate with him. I booked a king bed room and got a double queen. Was told just keeper called out. Stayed here before and all was well but this time not so much. I'll give them a pass as things happen sometimes. Everything else being fine and for the price it is deserving.

Staff rude and charge everyone a different rate for dog fee.

Absolutely worth the rate!! Clean room, soft king bed, good shower with good hot water, microwave, cold mini fridge & easy parking. Well definitely stay there again!! Oh, they offer free continental bfast!!

Every time I’m in the area I stay here…it’s a hidden gem! The owners are very personable and the property is well maintained.

We only slept the night and took showers in the morning. It appeared clean. Easy check our eith a card drop off slot.

The reception desk staff members were very customer service friendly. The Inn had an elevator to the 2nd floor that was very helpful. Excellent accommodations.

Property is old and outdated, carpet in rooms and on sidewalk. last morning we woke up to a cockroach on the counter. Had the last not happened I would have said it was an okay place to sleep.

My stay at Crystals was very pleasant, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and efficient, and the area was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends and family as well.

Average property decent for a night or 2.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly at check-in and even provided me with a complimentary bottle of water. I felt safe at all times. The WiFi signal is not the strongest in the rooms. I had to go outside to complete some things.

Clean & quiet. No frills sort of place, not dripping in the extra amenities, but for a place to call home base & get some sleep when primarily out & about otherwise, this gets the job done about as well as you’ll find for an economy option in the Atlantic City area.

We have stayed at the Crystal on many occasions. The owners are delightful and very accommodating. This boutiques hotel suits are needs. Located close to the beach for quick trips. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It isn’t fancy but it works for us.

Mandatory fee without explanation.dog charge too high compared to other hotels in the area. Repairs and noises going on till after 10 pm. Very stressful after a long drive from Florida.

My wife and I we love the place is nice and clean is a family run business and properly run. This is ower place to stay away from home when we go visit ower family in South Jersey. I hopr this helps other people to try the Crystal Inn and Suites when you go to the Absecon area..

I know this is a lower budget hotel, but the few times I have stayed here I have never been disappointed. I think my room may have been a remodeled room because it looked very nice the lady at the front can I was very friendly and she even gave me a complimentary water, which I really really needed at the time because it was a hot day and all i really had on my mind was getting a drink!! It is a pet friendly hotel and the person downstairs didn't have a dog which I heard as I was going upstairs and was a little concerned about but with the fan on the air conditioner I never heard the dog again. Plus it is just one of the things you have to deal with when you stay at a hotel, other people's noises.. can't really blame a hotel for that. Being a holiday weekend Friday I was pleasantly surprised that everybody was well-behaved!
