Very nice place. Super comfortable, large room. I would stay there again for sure.

Room and bathroom were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. There was enough space to do some yoga in the am. Nice view of the sunset.

Our two night stay was very restful and very enjoyable. I especially want to give a rating of 5 out of 5, to Corte, the evening manager. She went out of her way for anything we asked about or needed.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed one night with kids. The kids really enjoyed the small water park items they had. The pool water was on the colder side when getting in. The hot tub was nice to have while the kids played. Breakast had plenty of good options and was well stocked.

The staff, were universally friendly and great to deal with. Katherine especially stood out. Breakfast was average Hampton Inn fare and met expectations. We ordered dinner from the Indian place down the street and it was spectacular! We had two rooms for 5 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay - we look forward to coming back again. The location is a quick trip to many shopping and grocery needs and their pool/whirlpool was enjoyable (except when adults were not supervising large crowds kids - but that was just one night and not the hotel's fault).

The beds were a bit hard. I was very pleased how quiet it was!

Was good. Staff were nice. But my room , somehow the key won’t work and there was a point where I had to go down and tell service desk 5 times for the faith time about my key to my room. AC buttons were broken.

Clean and good location

Arrived, checked in then asked for a cart to bring in our luggage. I was told "we can't fine them. I guess they are in rooms". So we had to make a couple of trips to bring in our stuff. While carrying our bags, I saw another guest pushing a cart with his bags. I guess he found one. Had to leave and came back late. Room ok but we only had one chair, a desk chair. I guess one of us was supposed to just sit on the bed. There were only two facial tissues left in box and no replacement box. Breakfast was poor and sausage was cold. Usually when I check out of a hotel, the receipt is slid under the door overnight but here, I had to return the room keys to the front desk and ask for my receipt. Haven't had to do this in years.

Nice location, nice stay.

Our entire experience was phenomenal. We checked in after a long day of driving and Jake was kind, open and so helpful. Our room was awesome, clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. The best part was the pool! My 5 and 2 YO sons LOVED the pool- it was perfect for them and us and is open from 7 am until 11 pm, which as a parent having the pool open early is so great ! It was so quiet and comfortable, I didn't hear another guest after our door was closed. Paula was so wonderful when she helped us with breakfast and kind even when my kids were making a mess. Another employee, a gentleman cleaning, even helped us out when our kids needed help. Ashok was wonderful when we checked out and there are a LOT of food options around. I hadn't decided where we would be staying on our return trip but now I know- we won't be staying anywhere else in Madison. I cannot recomment this hotel enough.

The bathroom was in need of a makeover. Several of the electrical sockets did not work (room 417).

Loud noise , might be the furnace. Window with a see through curtain, especially at ground floor level . Outside lights gets through…

For what we paid for a king bedroom I would have expected a microwave. The fan didn't work in the bathroom.The one outlet by the bed couldn't be used because plug wasn't able to stay in. It was fine because there were others to use. Overall it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area was huge and lots of choices

Hotel was clean, the smell of chlorine was insane from the pool area my kids eyes were burning, the breakfast was good lots of options.

rooms super clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, check in staff super friendly and helpful. recommended a great place close by for dinner and was very accomodating to us. We only stayed one night as we were heading home from West Virginia - last minute booking needed a place to crash on the way home
