The room smelt cigarette when we came in. Someone smoked inside. I phone Reception and ask for air freshener but there was no assistance at all.

Faulty air con unit in room and we were unable to sleep.

Convenient for town, plentiful parking, quiet and very comfortable with a good breakfast.

The Staff were very efficient and very nice people. Within walking distance to the train station and the Cathedral. The Nene Valley Railway is also within the area.

Great value as I was meeting family in town centre and its right there! Great welcome, efficient friendly check-in and very pleasant room, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was excellent food qulaity and presentation.

The only comment that I would like to add is that the meal ordered on my arrival night took a long while to arrive and then I was disappointed. It wasn't good start. However, having said that your staff and facilities were very good, if/when I'm in Peterborough again I will stay here again. Thank you for the vist Pete

Room was large with a very comfortable bed however bathroom was dated and communal areas had a strange sewerage smell

A budget friendly level Radisson that was comfortable and that met all requirements for a one night stay.

Lovely clean & welcoming but dreadful veiw if you get a "back room". Very good for Peterborough Station.

Hotel nice with good location to the town centre. Lovely big bed but mattress sunk in the middle.

Short walk from the station. This was only a quick overnighter but would be a great place to stay longer. Excellent friendly service at reception and meals were great

First of all we have to mention the front of house staff James, who gave us a very friendly welcome to the hotel yesterday afternoon you can see how much pride he truly takes his job were sure that he is very aware that we have a choice of which hotel we pick and he makes sure that you want to return. A real asset for your hotel. Secondly we have to mention Graham who has fantastic and could not have done more to help me as I am disabled ie opening doors for me and making sure that I had a comfortable place to sit ie moving chairs for my mobility scooter. And also the waitress Brenda who was very helpful and very attentive to our needs all in all we were very impressed overall. The only negative I myself was that the staff had to go out of their way to open the doors for me to get to the toilet as they were 2 of them, maybe automatically opening doors to an fro to the toilet. But apart from that we will definitely be returning in the future.

A great stay in a clean hotel with comfy beds and soft, fluffy pillows. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Would stay again and will look for Park Inn’s on future trips

Bed was comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast as it was too expensive.

Stay was fine apart from the broken bed, the leg fell off in the middle of the night cause us both to have an awful nights sleep. When we mentioned it to reception he said oh was it room 330? Why would they put us in a room with a bed they knew was broken?

Nice hotel with fantastic breakfast options and friendly / helpful staff.

Absolutely disappointed with no water on shower. Room next to busy road and with access to the next room where people argue for most of the night.

1st time using Park Inns. Defo do again.
