the staff gives us a suite with all inclusive. we pay the tax. we move into the suite. error on their part, we find ourselves downgraded. they run after us like thieves to cut off our bracelets (reference for the all inclusive) we are told that we no longer have the right to all inclusive. inappropriate attitude unacceptable for a hotel with several stars. disappointed with the service.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Very close to the beach. Best mojitos in the city.

Great location, very helping, serviceminded and smiling staff. Check-in was fast and effective. Fridge in the room. Only 1 English TV channel (rest was spanish and german), not a smart TV and no airplay/chromecast. AC was a bit weak, but perhaps it wasnt activated yet since the outside temperature wasn't that high at this time of year. Very good sized bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/bathtub and a bide. Great bed. We had a large room with a good sized balcony and a separate seating area. Location was good, close to the beach (a few minutes walk), not too much noise, small supermarkets nearby, and other shops all around the area. Wasn't a problem finding a parking space very close to the hotel. Breakfast had a very large selection of different things to eat, and it had several chefs there, ready to assist if anything was needed. Some of the selection was new, every day. Very good breakfast and service. Large pool area with a bar outside. A lounge area inside with shows every day.

After two failed holidays last year this was such a welcome improvement . The food was very good, the entertainment was very good, the rooms were very good but most of all the friendliness of the staff everywhere was the best ive experienced, special mention to Babe entertainments guy who was absolutely brilliant , also bar staff always friendly and helpful and fast service. Hotel very clean and such an upgrade on recent 4 star holidays, would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

What an amazing hotel. Stayed here for Easter week and couldn’t have been happier. It was conveniently located within a one minute walk to beach. Beautiful renovated rooms. To make things better the food Buffett was amazing!!

Large comfortable room. Outstanding buffet dinner and breakfast included in an unbeatable price during February. Very impressed.

I had a great stay at this hotel great pool area loads of sun bed s good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Room very comfortable . Also there is entertainment at night

Upgrade

Hotel is very clean, and in a great location. All guests and staff observing the mask rule at all times. Pool was superb, food excellent. Only minor gripe was that the room was a little cramped with the addition of an extra bed for our daughter, but that would not put us off coming again.

We had a junior suit which was very spacious, great balcony. Nice indoor pool facilities. Families made to feel welcome. Great food in the restaurant. Parking was nice and easy at the back of the hotel.

Went with my son(11) for the third time. Brilliant place. The high standard has been maintained over the years. The food is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Same faces from year to year so it would appear that it is a good place to work.

We really had an amazing time. The hotel was very nice, we had a beautiful big room, the staff was very very friendly as well and there was a big variety of food to choose. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have been to this hotel several times before and always enjoy the stay. The staff and quality of the food and service in all areas is excellent.

Experience overall was very good, Just two issues, first the AC did not work as expected, room temperature does not go down 25 C, very warm. Water temperature at the pool was ice cold, if the idea is to keeping the guests outside the pool you manage to do that.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at the Hipotel Cala Millor Park in Aug 2016. This was an exceptionally good 4-star hotel with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent pool area. Buffet breakfast was one of the best weve enjoyed in Mallorca (been to the island nearly 10 times). Surprisingly, pool sunbeds were plentiful and never once had a problem finding one after a bit of searching (if later in the day). People removed towels from sunbeds if they arent using them which helps. Animation team enthusiastic and lots of activities but no hassling to join in if you dont want to. Great location near to the beach, shops and cafes. Would happily return.Cala Millor is a lively, family-oriented resort but with plenty of late bars for those who wanted them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Food is fantastic and staff are friendly. Great area and Close to beach and shops. We hired bikes which we found great for exploring neighbouring resorts. Theres a cycle track which runs from Cala Bona to Sa Coma which is great.

The hotel is very good for everything.The location is nearby the beach. The food is delicious.the balcony is so big even than the room.you can see the sea from here.

We had an enjoyable 4 days holiday in Calla Millor Park, perfect beach area and pool, fabulous breakfast and dinner.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We went to celebrate two birthdays, we had presents from the hotels, the rooms were immaculate, comfortable & so relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, food was good with lots of choice for all tastes. Around the pool, hotel bars etc., were also very clean & tidy.
